My friend and I were so excited about trying this spa due to the reviews here. Usually when leaving a spa, you should feel euphoric and happy, not angry and upset. We both has 3 1/2 hour packages. I was done in 3 hours (my facial was cut 30 minutes short, without an explanation), and my friend was still waiting for her manicure at the 3 1/2 hr. mark. We had to leave and she never got her manicure and still paid for it! The atmosphere was depressing and unprofessional. When checking out, we were promised a call from the owner, which was never received. My email was not returned. I would suggest going to a beauty school instead of this place, if on a budget. I'm now questioning the authenticity of some of these reviews.
