Had a couple cracks in my windshield and one was getting worse. Called in and they came out to my work and replaced it the next day. Very courteous and efficient. One of the easiest transactions I've ever done!

i woke up at 8 today to find that my passenger rear window was shattered. The tech that answered was very friendly, gave me an estimate 98 accord )and told me i was able to come in that day at noon. I dropped it off at 1215 and returned at 3; 200 dollars later I was out the door. They told me their work comes with a lifetime warranty and they told me that they guarantee the lowest price against their competitors. I had a great experience with these guys and i recommend them for sure.

I have a 05 Mercedes and needed a new windshield. I called around to everyone I could find to get some prices. I almost fainted when I started prices for it. The average was about 5-7 hundred dollars. I called USA and John and his guys did the job for under $400. The best price I had heard. I expected bad glass or maybe even some "extra charges." There was neither and the install guy was very profesional. So much so that I gave him an extra 20 as a thank you. If you ever need any glass work on your car, these are the guys to go to.

May 2008. Took 3 hours to install the first windshield broke glass and tore inside of vinyl in car while installing. Said would take 30 minutes Next day came out to re-install a new windshield again. wrong windshield. picked up and installed a 3rd windshield and now it leaks. its now June 3rd and I am driving to work getting all wet. took in to their business. tried to charge me another $80 . Why was this not addressed from the begining? This is what they do for a living they are the experts.. right? Why waste my time a total of 7 hours.

I came across USA auto glass after buying a used car that had a tremendous line that ran across the windshield. I looked online, and started calling businesses up about estimates for replacing it. Some places wouldn't answer, some gave me some pretty ridiculous prices, USA was very friendly and told me it would be a little over $200 to replace. How could I resist? I told them I could make it there on Saturday morning, they said no problem. I came in, I was immediately greeted by a friendly worker who looked up my reservation. I was a little worried since there already were 2 cars getting worked on, but he told me it would be about 2 hours. I walked down to the LFP library and read some magazines, then browsed around the mall a little bit and walked back. I arrived back almost exactly 2 hours later and my car was already done, and looked to have been done for a little while. I payed $205, which was after the 5% off for mentioning that I saw them online, and then I asked about the warranty. He told me it was a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship defects. I am definitely a happy camper! Nothing bad to say about the place whatsoever.

Pros: Affordable, convienient location, friendly service.

Cons: None to speak of yet, we will see if the windshield has any leaks.

My door window was busted on my 85 Honda one weekend, so I started looking for a new glass. I called around to about 10 different shops and got the same answer-"Glass is not available." I called USA Auto Glass and they said that they could get it, but it would have to be special ordered. John told me that it would be about 3-5 days for the glass to get in, and I got a call in 2 saying that the glass was in. They came out to my home for no charge and got my car cleaned up and the new glass in. The fact that they went out of their way to take care of me is why I think that they are the best Customer service shop around. Not only that, but the install tech was very friendly and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. I highly recommend this shop to all my friends and to anyone wanting an inexpensive, but high quality job. BTW The whole thing ran me under $200. That's a deal.

I have had all three of my vehicles serviced by John and his crew. They were able to come to my house the same day that I called, the technician was alway polite and informative. The job was done quickly and they even cleaned up all the broken glass! Before finding USA Auto Glass, I called just about every glass shop in town; they had the lowest prices and was able to respond quickly. I would definitely recommend USA Auto Glass.

My experience with USA Auto Glass Repair was horrible. After the installer finished replacing the drivers side door glass on my vehicle the window was almost impossible to roll all the way up. The installer used the excuse that the window seal was at fault even thought the window functioned with the same seal prior to being replaced. On my way home from work today the window completely shattered (I can only assume from excessive pressure due to being installed incorrectly). I phoned USA Auto Glass the same day and got two different stories. One employee told me to bring the truck in to check if the installation was done incorrectly (covered under warranty). Upon phoning again that same day I was told they would do nothing because "Someone probably shot your window with a bb gun" and "Windows break on the freeway all the time". Pay a little extra and get your windows replaced by professionals who stand behind the work they perform. STAY AWAY FROM USA AUTO GLASS REPAIR!!!!!

This is the worst glass company in Seattle! They cannot be trusted DO NOT USE.. They promised my repair would cost 300 they charged over 500!! and the work was not done well!

I got a nice big rock chip in the corner of my windshield from a semi blowing through a work zone a few weeks ago and just noticed the chip. I found USA Auto Glass Repair here on CitySearch and was given a quote of $40 to fix it over the phone. I got there and he patched it up in no time flat! It is all sealed to prevent any water leakage, and the work is guarunteed! I did not have any chip coverage in my insurance, so the $40 price was very reasonable and not hurtful to the pocketbook.

Pros: Inexpensive

Cons: None!
