Very impressed with this place!

After reading BollywoodSasquatch's review. I couldn't stop laughing. I felt the urge to write a much shorter review. I started with my laser treatments last winter. I truly enjoy the connection with all the staff and mostly love the results. I have not been as consistent as I should have been or followed protocol of no sun exposure on the treated area. But the results are even better than I imagined. The laser has rid the majority of my chest and back hair. I was so excited to actually go the beach this summer and not be embarrassed of the hair I used to have. I highly recommend this place. The pricing is the most reasonable in town and it works. I'm happy...
Nicole at ALC fixed my Acne.

I have been getting facials at ALC regularly for over a year and I am amazed at how much my skin has improved. My aesthetician Nicole is amazing at what she does and she knows what products work for my skin. I have been getting facials for over 8 years regularly and have been to many different aestheticians, but Nicole and ALC are some of the best I have found.
- Pros: Convenient downtown location, online scheduler, intimate setting, GREAT products
- Cons: Paying for parking?
Nicole and Aesthetic Laser Center are great!!

Nicole and the other gals at Aesthetic Laser are great. Nicole is so friendly, non-judgemental, professional...just easy to be around. We were a little embarassed before we started, because we were working on removing facial hair, but there was no need--we've had a great experience! Still working on the recalcitrant hairs on my chin, but it's getting there, and then I'll give some thought to all the other places I have more hair than I want!
Top notch service provider; Nicole is amazing

As a male not used to "beauty" treatments, I could have easily been discouraged from hair removal and facials - I still go in each time praying nobody I know sees me! But I tried both here and have become a regular because of the superior level of service and attention to detail. This has been a great experience for me; ALC really has it's act together (from scheduling processes on down) and is what a spa experience should be - with everything geared to make the experience relaxing and hassle-free for you, the customer.
Nicole in particular is a cut above. She is discrete, attentive, and knowledgeable about what she does as well as very personable, pleasant and genuine. As someone who has worked with a wide variety of service professionals of different types over the years, I believe Nicole is arguably the best I've worked with. Hopefully they work hard to keep her around!
- Pros: staff; ambience, convenience
- Cons: downtown parking
Safe, Clean and Effective Laser Hair Removal in Seattle!
by JScott1
November 12, 2008
As a man, I think it may be harder to find a laser hair-removal specialist that understands our needs, is effective, and that you don't have to feel "weird" about! All are true for Aesthetic Laser Center (ALC) of Seattle. I?ve been to 3 other clinics over more than five years and previously wasn't satisfied with the quality of the laser, the cleanliness or confidentiality, or ultimately, the results on my back or shoulders-which definitely had a lot of hair. I've now been seeing Nicole @ ALC for about two years and she is GREAT. Nicole is very professional, yet also down to earth and she truly cares about my comfort and results. She has a passion for what she does and is knowledgeable and thorough with my monthly treatments that happily are showing ever-improving results! Nicole even follows-up after the treatment to see how I'm doing and if I am happy with the progress from each session, and if there ever is anything "missed" is happy to do whatever it takes to re-do an area quickly with excellent customer service and accountability.
ALC is very clean and highly professional and not at-all a hard-sell type of company. They offer packages and sometimes discounts too, so if you're considering laser hair removal or any of the variety of estethic treatments they offer, at all (whether your a man or a woman!), I highly recommend contacting them for a confidential consultation....ask for Nicole if you like, she rocks!
I love the ACL!

I?ve been to many clinics before, in several different states. ACL is by far the cleanest, friendliest and most caring place of all. In the past, I?ve encountered offices that left tools and cloths sitting out for dust to gather on them, opened Band-Aids stuck to the side of countertops to use on you later?it was disgusting! The clinic is clean, tastefully decorated and welcoming.
Nicole is my esthetician and she puts up with all my complaints like a champ! The ACL?s small office makes each session so familiar and comfortable. Nowhere have I felt so pampered before, although there are painful parts to my acne treatments (extraction ? ugh!), Nicole is sure to make up for it with a steamed towel or mask. My face is looking great and I am very happy with the progress so far. I recommend my esthetician to everyone I know, even my doctor was so impressed that she is now recommending ALC to all her patients with skin problems! Thanks Nicole!!!
- Pros: Cleanliness of the office, professional & knowledgeable staff!
- Cons: none
Impeccable service, fabulous results

Nicole creates a comfortable & casual environment while maintaining professionalism. I finished laser hair removal (bikini - 6 treatments) with her and now see her monthly for skin treatments (microderm/peels). She is extremely knowledgeable about all treatments and the products she uses. She listened to my concerns about my skin and I trusted her recommendations on skin care. My good skin has turned to flawless skin with just a few changes to products I was using without adding to my daily routine. She did not push unnecessary products on me, which made me realize she is truly dedicated to the wants and needs of her clients. I have had wonderful results and highly recommend Nicole for both laser and skin treatments. Nicole is FABULOUS! Not only does ALC offer great discounts on packages but discounts and specials are extended on single treatments & products to returning clients!
- Pros: Comfortable atmosphere, great packages, customer loyalty discounts, impeccable service
- Cons: none to speak of!
This place really is the best- see Cindy!

This place and Cindy are both fantastic! I did 4 treatments with her and my hair is basically 100% gone. I have very sensitive (and hairy) skin and always get razor burn despite what products or razers I use and now I can dry shave the little hairs and I get every now and then and my skin is so soft. I did a full bikini, face and underarms and they all look great. Honestly, would have paid 10 times as much- its priceless and Cindy is the absolute best!

For those who are unsure of todays laser technology: Do not be afraid.... And if you are still not sure Go to the Aesthetic Laser Center of Seattle. I called to get some information and Cindy( one of their technicians) answered the phone, explained few options and scheduled me for consultation. i bought a package and thought why not to try? Trust me, I was never so excited about medical treatment in my life. They were amazing, I should say Cindy. She was always happy to see me and made me feel comfortable with every single treatment. I heard that there was a possiility if being burned doing a laser, but not with ALC of Seattle.
Cindy was amazing and I would recommened to go see her. I have never been treated so well and professional.

The Story of a Sasquatch turn Megastar (PART 1)
by BollywoodSasquatch1

Part 1
As a world famous Bollywood superstar, I have traveled all eight continents (In India which is my new home, we consider the Indian SUB-continent a continent unto itself) in search of the legendary fountain of youth. I have not found it quite but I have come awfully close. Here is my story:
It started many decades ago in the mountainous forests of beautiful British Columbia (I was born Canadian but in the interest of not annoying readers, I will try to avoid using the word "eh" at the end of every sentence as we Canadians normally do) many years ago. As the child of the legendary mythical creature, the sasquatch (also known as "yeti" or "bigfoot") and a beautiful Canadian blonde (female, that is), I was blessed with a towering frame, chiseled cheekbones, beautiful golden locks, and icy blue eyes. I had it all. That is, until I reached puberty. That?s when my problems started. At first, it was just one. A dark blonde hair crept through the skin below my nipple. "No problem", I thought to myself. I'll just pluck it. And so I did. But not a week had passed until it appeared again, this time thicker than before. Again, I plucked it. Yet, again it appeared. And that's when I realized my worst fears: there were more! A patch began to grow below my navel. Another patch started to form where my collar bones met. Oh, what was I to do? I had always dreamed of being on the face of GQ (Canadian edition), posing on a tropical island, my tan skin glowing in the sun, my hair sweeping over my forehead, pushed by the salty breeze that effortlessly moved over the crashing waves. But surely, no one would want a hairy male supermodel. I mean, who can pull that off and still look hot (besides Tom Selleck)?
At first, I shaved. But no sooner had I shaved that the hair would crop up once again, this time thicker than before. Surely, there had to be a better way! I then tried waxing. That kept the genes I had inherited from my father at bay but only for a week?
(continued?)
- Pros: Cindy
