EGL Property management is one of the best property management you’ll find in Los Angeles area. EGL Property management team is very professional and one of the best in Los Angeles area. Loved working with the property management team and they helped me turn a troubled building into a profitable one. EGL Property Management is great and I defiantly recommend them if you need management company in Los Angeles.

I FEEL SAFE with EGL Properteis. I have been using this company for several years and they are great. Even when things were difficult they were there for me. As a business man I know what needs to be done to manage a property and I can tell you that they are managing my property the right way. Their goal is to prtoect me and my investment. I FEEL SAFE. I am happy with my prop. manager. She is great. I have been recommending them to several of my friends and all share my opinion- honest people who are working hard to protect my investment and to protect me.

love my new place!!!! Mabel and Toya, you guys are awesome!!! found the listing on Craig's list, you answered right away, saw the apartment that night and by the next day it was ours!!
Pros: really quick, clean apartment
Cons: had to give them alot of paperwork, they called my old landlord!!

If you're looking for a property management company, you should definitely try them out. I bought a bulding about 4 years ago as an investment, but didn't have the time to manage it myself. My broker recommended them, and they've been great. The property supervisor assigned to my property is very nice and knowledgeable. Whenever things happen at my building, he immediately contacts me and lets me know what's going on. I can honestly say that I am impressed with EGL Properties' service.
Pros: Professional, easy to get a hold of, knowledgeable
Cons: City of LA rent control
