The technicians were great, they explained the process, did a sample and came back to do our cleaning. We were very happy with the results and service!! Every person we spoke with through our process was very pleasant and professional. We will be back.

Carlos was the crew chief. I got same day service as the day I called. The gentlemen were very courteous, prompt, and highly efficient. They didn't waste any time; the carpet looked great; and they're were no hidden fees in the quoted price. It was great doing business with K&M, and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and use them again! Thanks for an excellent job. A+++

Just wanted to let you know your team just left a bit ago after cleaning my carpet and my air ducts. They did a great job! I am very satisfied with the work they did and will be calling your company next time I need my carpets and air ducts cleaned.

My whole K&M experience was great. I called for an estimate, and they sent a crew out to my house that day (same day service!!!) within 2 hours of my call! The gentlemen on the crew were very polite, prompt, and efficient. The whole job took about 20 minutes. The carpet looked great, and there were no hidden fees. I would definitely use K&M again and recommend them to anyone. I am an extremely satisfied customer! A+++

We had a little confusion on timing but Joe Dan and the crew from Georgetown got the job done for me in time for my daughter's engagement party. Great guys, great service. Will certainly refer.

My last carpet cleaning guy passed away that I had used for over 12 years since being in Austin and I was not sure where to turn to find someone else. Luckily, I had seen K&M in the Money Mailer for several years and saw all the satisfied customers on the web and flyers. I made an appointment and got one in 2 days! I was very pleased with the carpet repair that Lupe did in such a short time too! I was not sure how I was going to get that seam fixed and saw on the flyer that you repaired carpets. Got a great carpet cleaning, tile cleaned and repaired - all at a great price and all within 2 hours and 2 great guys who knew what they were doing. I will definitely use K&M again. Thanks to Lupe and Ron for a job well done!

After searching the internet and reading about K&M\'s processes and testimonials, I called your company. JP and Arthur did an excellent job cleaning my very dirty, pet stained carpet. They were both very personable and explained everything. My carpet looks great! I will definitely use K&M again and refer friends to your company. THANKS!
