Roti is, after much hunting and searching, one of the few Indian places I'll go to in Seattle repeatedly. Their mango lassi is really good -- they seem to use fresh mangoes instead of the terrible canned mango lassi you'll get at pretty much every other place in town. Enough about that. They don't have this on the menu: the paneer chilli (they have only the chicken chilli available as a starter), but its an awesome dish, and the chef will specially prepare it for you! The rest of the food is also prepared fresh for you, and you can taste the flavor and freshness. Having said all that, I've definitely been to better Indian places in the U.S., but I guess I have to settle for 2nd best in seattle :(
