Took my girlfriend for her birthday last Friday night along with two other couples, and was extremely surprised by how great the food was. We had been going to the apartment for drinks late night for a while now, and finally got a chance to try out the kitchen. Highly recommend the Miso Butterfish, and the truffled mac and cheese with smoked sausage....YUM! I agree with the other reviews that this place gets really crowded and noisy on weekend nights, but our server was very friendly, and even bought us a round of shots. Taking my co-workers this week for dinner, I'm sure they'll enjoy it as much as we did.
Pros: Food/Stong Drinks and Nice Staff, hot looking crowd
Cons: Tough to find parking in Belltown

Great Valentines day dinner for me and my girlfriend last week. Went here on a recommendation from a coworker and to say the least we were very impressed with our dinner and the friendliness of our server. Although packed for dinner, we were greeted promptly and got a great table. (Recommendation if you come here ask for a booth in advance-we got lucky I think). We had the Chilean Sea Bass and a 14oz Ribeye Steak which I think was better than Jaks and Gaucho combined! It came with perfectly cooked ouzo and balsamic greens. We will most definitely be back with our friends soon. Very hip crowd as well.
Pros: Steaks, People Watching, Hip, Strong Drinks
Cons: None I can think of but parking in Belltown stinks

I've been to the apartment several times before coming for New Years with 8 friends this year. Although packed to the walls, our dinner was timely and fabulous! Most of us had the Filet Mignon or the Jumbo tiger prawns which where as big as mini lobsters. The bar was happenin all night as usual, and the owner and staff were having a great time along with us. We'll definitely keep coming back. A+
Pros: Bar scene and the food is wonderful!
Cons: Noisy and tough to find parking in Belltown

I was in the Apartment Bistro last weekend and had an outstanding time. Food and drinks were great and the staff was friendly. If your looking for a hot spot in Belltown to go Friday or Saturday night I would check this place out.
Pros: Food, Drinks, Location

Although quite busy and a tad noisy, this hip bistro and bar won over me and all 8 of my friends last Friday. Our server was both attentive and chatty, and the cocktails and food both creative, chicly presented and flavorful....fresh black cod and the maple bourbon chicken were standouts. This bistro's vodka selection is out of this world too! My girlfriend had a Pluot/plum martini which was spectacular. We will all go back there soon. 10 out of 10.
Pros: Drinks were super and strong, food was spectacular
Cons: crowded

Last Friday, although packed we sat for our reservation at the apartment (10 of us) and had the best dinner me and my friends have had in months. The staff was friendly, the drinks strong and well crafted, and the food out of this world. Cudos to the owner and staff for keeping the quality way up, and the atmosphere so happening!
Pros: Drinks, Food, Staff pretty much everything
Cons: Parking

I don't usually write about restaurants online but my sister's birthday party at the apartment last Saturday night changed that. From the ambiance to the food and the service, everything was A++. Very modern presentation on all our dishes. We met the owner who was gracious and made sure our drinks were perfect, even creating a martini named after my sister. No joking we got there for our 7pm reservation for ten of us, and stayed the entire night it was so much fun. Whoever chooses the music for weekends gets an A+ too. We will definitely be back.
Pros: Food, Ambiance, strong drinks!
Cons: no parking, sometimes too packed

Great music and people watching. We loved the flavored vodkas. I had the cucumber I think ! lol Delicious food and desert. I have been several times and always enjoyed this place. It's smaller and kinda crowded but well maintained and friendly.
Pros: atmosphere, drinks, music, friendly staff
Cons: parking if you dont live in Belltown!

My girldfriend and I must have walked by the apartment a dozen times before finally stopping in for dinner this past Saturday night. Although packed already @ 7pm, the host was prompt and gracious in securing us a booth towards the back. After 4 pineapple vodka martinis we settled in to our booth for one of the most surprisingly excellent meals we've had in Seattle in some time. Nothing about this restaurant really made us feel like we were still in Belltown, but rather in a ultra modern bistro somewhere in New York or London. I had an almost flawless Flatiron Steak, while my girlfriend tried one of their nightly specials, a Hawaiian Opakapaka whcih we recently tried while on vacation there, but had never seen it on a menu here in Seattle. The only drawback to speak of was the high noise level in this small restaurant, but given it was Saturday night, and all of Belltown seeming to fill their bar, there's probably not much they can do about it. Very hip and fun evening, we most definitely be back to try more of their menu.
Pros: Scene, design, FOOD, MARTINIS, prettly much everything
Cons: Noise

Upon a recommendation from a friend we brought a group of people to the apartment for New Years Eve. Given their size, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food given their kitched looked quite small. My husband had the whole steamed crab, and I had the fillet (which was cooked perfectly to temperature). Drinks were strong and well crafted, which is nice to find in Belltown. Around 10pm the restaurant filled to capacity, which made it a bit noisy, but definitely fun for New Years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking it out.
