I have been trainig at the issaquah FT for over a year now and I am addicted. I started with them because my own exercise program was stagnant and being the offspring of parents with diabetes, I was worried about my health. Amy and her trainers know their field and are extremely knowledgable in exercise physiology, and are probably some of the best trainers around. They keep you motivated at all times, and they push you to acheive your fitness goals (even if you groan and whine!). Overall, they certainly provide positive results. Would strongly recommend.

I have lost 20lbs. 20lbs that I have not been able to lose in any other program that I have tried. Not weight watchers or other training programs. Nada. I am psyched! Thank you to all of you at Fitness Together! WT

Outstanding management: knowledgeable, focused on the client's success, accommodating, cheerful and witty. Very clean premises and equipment. Many thoughtful and pampering touches, from the good fruit, to the women and men's magazines, hair ties, nice little hand creams and soaps, and water either chilled or at room temperature. Very easy parking. No waiting, since all appointments are scheduled. TRY THIS STUDIO! YOU WILL BE HOOKED!

Personalized attention, very knowledgable staff and they know when to moderate and push you to realize your goal. I was very happy with the results. No waiting - your in and out and done!

With the help of the amazing trainers and constant support I received from Fitness Together I lost 55 pounds and look better now than I have since I was a teenager. The equipment is well cared for, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, it is well worth the money.
