Autnetic Italian pizza in Seattle Washington.
4 Star Rating: Recommended

05/04/2008 Posted by thepaisanfrompsl2008

I am here in Washington State working, I was born in New Haven Ct, and moved to florida and have been to many, many pizza parlors in my time trying to find the BEST pizza wherever I may be at the time. Although I have been away from connecticut for a very long time, My opinion is that no pizza anywhere can compete with connecticut pizza...Until now, VIA TRIBUNALI has the best pizza I've had in a very long time, From the waitresses to the brick oven they had shipped from naples...The brick walls and the beautiful Italian music. It all ads to the experience, my rating of 4 stars is based on a pizza which you will write home about...the sausage and thin dough with the slighty sweet sauce makes an outstanding pie, the reason why "THE PAISAN FROM PSL" rated this a 4 and not a 5, is because it was a little on the pricey side and because the chefs are from Naples Italy, they have their way of doing things, and That is just how the pizza is made....Their way, meaning this...If you order a pie on the menu, That is how you will get it, you cannot ad any ingedients to the pie. It is an excellent pie no matter how you slice it, worth the drive from any part of Washington, That is if you are a true pizza buff.... Enjoy ! ! !..."THE PAISAN FROM PSL"

Pros: Excellent food, sevice, atmosphere

Cons: Pricing, Parking

Insider Tips

Look Good

Servers do their best, but even a brief Italian vocabulary will help diners immensely: "pomodoro" is tomato, "funghi" is mushroom, "mozz de bufala" is fresh mozzerella and "acciughe" are Mediterranean anchovies.
