Bella Tu is absolutely the best! They are down to earth, friendly, professional, and patient!!! I initially visited Bella Tu for a consultation for Botox. I wanted to keep my youthful appearance. I am not fond of needles so I thought I will just gather information and think about it. By the end of the consultation with Jean I was ready to commit. She made me feel very comfortable and I was on my way to becoming a "more beautiful me." I got Botox (for my frown lines) and it didn't even hurt! I couldn't believe it! Since then, I have been back for microderm and other facial services with Sam. She is great! The entire staff is great! Thank you Bella Tu for all that you do!!! :-)

I have been going to Bella Tu now for about 3 years and it is the best spa I have been to on the Eastside. They are very friendly and professional and it's a nice peaceful environment. I would highly recommend Bella Tu to everyone!

From the moment I waked in the door, all the nervous feelings and skeptical thoughts disappeared! The ladies at the front desk are the greatest group of women known to man! They are so sweet and comforting. I went to Bella Tu for a consult to talk about getting a lip enhancement and I ended up getting Botox in my forehead! Jean did the procedure, she is wonderful and her expertise is amazing, she knows what she is doing! I am going in today for my Lips and I have all the confidence in the world! I defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun up beat environment where you go in lookin’ like a 7 and come out lookin’ like a 10!

Pros: Two thumbs up! good parking, easy to find, good service!

–I had many question prior to becoming a client with Jean Trost. I was tired of shaving all the time but had many questions and concerns regarding the procedure for Laser Hair Reduction. I asked many questions via e-mail that were quickly and professionally answered in a timely manner. No sales pitch, no pressure, just facts and answers. I’ve been a client of Jean Trost for a few years now and followed her to Bella Tu. From day one, I have been treated with respect and provided with the highest quality of service every visit. The TLC service that Jean and Bella Tu provides compares to no other, whether you’re male or female the service you will get is nothing but the best. The results of the procedure have been quite positive. I can go months without having to shave at all. To this day, the skin on my face still feels smooth with no scars or marks from the procedure. Due to the state of the art equipment and the expertise of Jean Trost, every experience I’ve had have been nothing less than outstanding. Brian Y.

Bella Tu was a wonderful find! Both my daughter (teenager) and I have had facials at Bella Tu. The facials were tailored to our own personal needs. My daughter had acne issues which had not cleared up with several visits to the deramatologist. The teenage facial really got her skin straightened around. The staff also recommended additional skin care strategies and items which could help my daughter keep her skin acne free. My facial was so relaxing and one of the best I have ever had (and I have had quite a few having lived in many places in the United States). The staff at Bella Tu is exceptional! Lots of advise, suggestions beyond the facials. Extremely friendly! I would highly recommend this spa!

This place is the best!!! Take it from me: I have been to many doctors, estheticians, and so-called specialists about my skin problems and beauty/health/well-being concerns, and they were all either clueless, outdated, trying to push products that were clearly wrong for me (getting kickbacks from the pharmaceutical company, perhaps?) or just plain mean. I was at my wit's end- (my family refused to let me rant about my skin problems anymore although they acknowledged that I certainly had them) -when I finally found Jean Trost R.N., B.S.N. 2 and 1/2 years ago and followed her to Bella Tu over a year ago. My family has NOT endured a complaint since. Bella Tu has helped my skin and my self-esteem more than any doctors or dermatologists or facialists I have ever seen. They are not only up-to the-minute, medical-grade beauty experts using the latest state-of-the art equipment, information, and products, but they are also kind and genuinely caring people. I have had many different services done there and have always been SO pleased!!! They are great listeners and will find something that works for you. Also they have great insights helping me to survive family soap-operas!!! I look forward to connecting with them and to the results I take home with every visit. Don't miss out on the best!!!

I went into Bella Tu for a Microdermabrasion treatment and before leaving decided upon some Botox between my brows...The Botox has gone to work and I like it- Before my treatment at Bella Tu, I'd had a pretty lousy day. In fact, it occurred to me to just cancel, but I didn't. I was skeptical about the whole "experience", as I'd just visited another facility and had a spa facial as a birthday gift and was left very unimpressed and a bit annoyed ... and then there was the uncomfortable product upsell at the end, which I declined. Bella Tu, by contrast, left me feeling rejuvenated and hopeful. Their medical spa is elegant but very unpretentious and the entire "spa" experience was by far my best ever. Bella Tu's staff is gracious and informative but best of all nurse Jean left me feeling excited about some practical changes which would produce real (visible) results. I all ready referred my daughter to Bella Tu and would highly recommend Bella Tu to anyone. Teresa

Coz it is. I'm Scandinavian, but somehow was "blessed" with olive skin and very dark body hair that has embarrassed me all my life. The hair on my legs was very dark and coarse, it literally hurt to shave, ESPECIALLY my bikini and even inner thighs. I seriously thought I'd have to live the rest of my life like this- shaving was only good for one day, then the next day I would have coarse stubble w/ terrible red bumps. I was the poster child for razor burn. So I had a complimentary consultation w/ Jean, and knew that I didn't need to shop around. She's very understanding and comfortable to talk to. I opted to go for the hair reduction treatment, and I couldn't be more pleased. I rarely need to shave now, and the hairs that I do shave are at an absolute minimum, and razor burn is a thing of the past. This has completely changed my life, and I am SO glad that I had it done. If I ever decide to have any of the other services offered done, there's no question that I would go to Bella Tu for it.

I think the last one who wrote a review must be a competitor or a nincumpoop! These people are so knowledgable and informative. I was given honest information so I could make the best choice for me, I've never been anywhere where the information is so straight-forward. Everyone, from the front desk up, is friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. I would, and have recommended this place many times, and all my friends have thanked me for telling them about Bella Tu. I'm a customer for life! I might go for a spa day to full pampering place, but I'll always be back here!

Pros: It's very nicely done and parking is easy.

Came out of there feeling bad about myself and my skin, and that there wasn't much hope for my skin. Not the kind of spa experience I would want to have again.
