We hired Brian for 3 landscaping projects 10 weeks ago. He assured us they would be done in 2 weeks. Today only 1 of the 3 projects is complete. We now have a new irrigation system that does not work in one zone and an expensive new back lawn that is dying in multiple places. Brian keeps promising to come out and repair it and then repeatedly fails to show up. He takes days, sometimes a week to return a call or email. Save your time, money and frustration and avoid Scapes at all cost.
Pros: Very responsive at first
Cons: Over promises, under delivers, takes the money and doesn't finish
