A wonderul place to workout!

I have made so many new friends, lost weight and found the support and encouragement that made losing the weight so much easier! I wish everyone knew about this place. The sauna is awesome and the massage wonderful. The aerobic classes are so much fun and such a great workout! I can't say enough great things about this club!!

Pros: inexpensive, convenient, well rounded
