Couldn't even get seated

I ate here before and it was fantastic. Unfortunately this time we couldn't even get seated for our reservation. And either could the big crowd gathered at the door with many asking about their table situations. The snobby host didn't do a good job and it took forever to get our drinks so we just left. I would suggest going on a weekday.
