Sven and the techs are great! I will never unhook my computer again to take in to a shop. They work with you to set up an appropriate time to take a look at your system and show up promptly. No waiting around from noon until 6pm. They are professional and speak English, not Computerese, they know what they are doing and explain it to you so you can understand. No overusage of computer "geek speek" there! It's the best IT service out there for home users or small business. I wouldn't hesitate sending them to my grandmas or over to help my teenage niece.
