I am so happy with my hair! I have been getting blond highlights for 10 years now, and I went in looking for a change. Jenna took the time to listen to what I wanted and she did a great job communicating her ideas to me. She understood that I was nervous about going darker, so she worked with me to go as dark as possible, but not too dark/permanent to the extent that I couldn't go back to being blond if I so desired. I am pretty conservative with my hair, and she also did a great job with my cut. It is a little more fashionable now, but not too trendy to the extent that it isn't me. She also did not pressure me to purchase products at all, which was really nice.
