I went for my yoga lesson at Flow Yoga. Signing up was a snap and they had a very welcoming atmosphere. Classes are very intimate and you can get as much attention as you need. The instructor was extremely friendly and accomodating.

My husband and I went to our first class at Flow Yoga this past week. The class size was small (only eight), the instructor was very easy to understand and moved through the poses at nice speed and the whole workout was tough but energizing. The atmosphere of Flow Yoga is amazing throughout, from the inviting entry room, to the large yoga room. We loved the friendliness of the owner, Anna, and the instructor. We will definitely be back!
