Everything was perfect, and the transactions were done seemlessly. When I arrived, they pointed out errors in my paperwork, fixed the errors, and took their time. They were incredibly nice while I was there. I paid for a 5-7 day turnaround, and received my new passport in just 3 days. Also, they allowed me to keep my old passport afterwards. I definitely give Rush Passport 5 stars. Thanks so much!
Pros: speed, efficiency, sincerity
Cons: none

I found myself on the verge of making a trip. I already had non-refundable tickets in hand and then remembered that I had never renewed my expired passport. By the time I thought of this, it was too late to renew by the usual ways. I went online to see what my options were. Of course, there are many 'rush' passport services out there, but most of them are by mail only. The Rush Passport, Inc. website gave me the option of being able to do it in person instead of trusting to vagaries of the postal service or FedEx. An initial email to them got me a quick response, the visit to their offices went smoothly, and less than 24 hours later my passport was ready for me to pick up--even faster service than I had paid for. Their service is not inexpensive, but, in the long run, you get what you pay for. I needed my passport renewed in a speedy and efficient manner and this service far exceeded my expectations.
Pros: Fast and efficient service. Everything taken care of on site. Worth the price.
Cons: This is an expediting service. Be preparared for high fees.

At 10 pm the night before our 5th anniversary flight to Lisbon (where my husband proposed), we found our passports were missing. I immediately searched the internet and found Rush Passport. Sam answered and in a panic state I explained the problem. Cool and collective, he told me to they can take care of getting us new passports. The cost was high, but after realizing the passports were nowhere to be found, we realized we had no choice. Also, if we cancelled the trip, we would lose almost as much on our plane tickets, hotel deposits, etc. At 7:30 am on the day of our flight (which was leaving at 4pm at JFK), we were at Rush's office. They took care of everything...ensuring that the forms were properly completed, taking the passport photos, etc. We followed their instructions (including a trip to the post office) and left their office at about 9:30 am. By 1pm we had our passports and were on our way to the airport. Sam and the other people at the office were incredibly nice and very professional. There is no way that we could have realized our anniversary dream if it weren't for them. Make sure you have your passport early in your trip planning, but if you don't -- THE ONLY PLACE TO GO IS RUSH PASSPORT.
Pros: Professional, efficient, and very effective
Cons: Be prepared to pay for expediting

My wife surprised me with a trip to south of france 2 days before we were supposed to leave. I called rush passport the day before I was supposed to leave and went to their office to fill out the paper work and renew my passport. Not only was the service incredibly efficient and friendly, they also got my new passport to me 3 hours before the time they told me. I highly recommend this service in every way!!

I was really skeptical going to these guys, it seemed so sketchy and the raving reviews on citysearch just made me think that they were all made up. But I had no choice I had tickets to Paris the next week, grandma agreed to babysit and I wasn't going to turn this down! The building was a little sketchy but once you get into the office everything is efficient happy and easy. I even got the passport two days early. Its a lot of money, but if you're in a desperate situation and willing to spend it, this is definitely the place to go. THey are friendly professional and most important quick!! (Btw, I waited until I got back from my trip to write this just to make sure that the passport actually worked! it did!) I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys, and this is my very first review ever.
Pros: Quick, professional, don't have to worry anymore.
Cons: Expensive.

Dear Roman,, We wanted to put in writing so that you could post for your future customers that we think your business, yourself and your employees are fantastic. You have restored my faith in good old fashioned quality customer service. In a panic after a very long planned and needed vacation I discovered that two of my family member passports had expired with less than 48 hours to go before we left. I called your office on Monday night at 5PM and was just about assured that IF I followed what you told me to do, more than likely I would have my passports late the next afternoon. Rush Passport delivered and more and I would highly highly recommend your company.
Pros: AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE , TRUE EXPERTS IN EXPEDITING PASSPORTS
Cons: TRULY NONE

I can't get over how quickly my passport was renewed! I had a little over a week before my trip and my passport was expired. I got all the necessary forms from the Rush Passport website, filled them out in about 10 minutes, dropped them off at their office, and two days later I'm holding my new passport. Talk about relief. Bravo Rush Passport!
Pros: hands down the best service when you're in a pinch
Cons: I guess if I didn't live/work in Manhattan, it could be a hassle arranging for shipping.

Not doing my due diligence in checking my passport before I was about to leave for an international trip, I was shocked to find out that my airline wouldn't let me fly that night (Sat) at the check-in counter because my passport had less than 6 months validity before expiring. I frantically googled for a solution at the airport and called Rush Passport at 11pm that night. They called me back early the next morning (Sun) and told me that they could help turn my passport around the same day on Monday given I get to the office early. Roman was reassuring, knowledgeable, and gave clear instructions on what I was to expect and what I had to do. I got to the office at 5:30a on Monday and got my passport turned around by 4:30p! I left on a flight that night! I would have never been able to go on my trip without the help of the friendly and courteous people at Rush Passport. THANK YOU! ...Of course I was little skeptical at first since I found them via a Google ad, but Roman assured me that they were completely legitimate and referred me to this Citysearch review page. This is why I'm here now. It's legitimate. They run a tight ship! So... Lesson 1: Make sure you have at least 6 months validity on your passport if you're going to be traveling internationally Lesson 2: Tell all of your friends about Rush Passport because they absolutely come through in a bind! I would refer them to ANYONE in a crunch.
Pros: Attentive and reliable service
Cons: Being in a bind will cost you but it's well worth it!
