Amazing Engagment Photos!

Aly created a comfertable, and relaxing setting, which through her pictures allows anyone who seems them to see the "real us". You can not only see our happiness, but feel it. We got an array of photo styles, and shots as well. Our engagment photos turned out fantasitic, and I couldn't be happier. We had the photos taken on a Saturday afternoon, and by Monday afternoon I was already able to look at the proofs and order them! Outstanding, and would recommend her to anyone interested in a great photographer who listens to your wants and needs, and make sure they are taken care of.

Couldn't Be Happier

My husband and I could not be happier with Aly's pictures of our wedding! Not only were our pictures waiting for us when we returned from our honeymoon, they were also amazing! She was able to capture all of the shots that we requested and they were better than we could have imagined! Aly is by far one of the nicest people you can work with in this industry and is always on time, professional, friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend Aly to anyone looking for a photographer!

Beautiful wedding photos

Aly recently photographed our wedding, and we can't say enough good things about her. The photos were amazing, her use of light light and color, as well as her artistry in framing shots places her well above your average point and shoot wedding photographer, of which there are so many out there. She was such a positive on-site presence, orchestrating the shots that needed it and always in the right spot for those candid moments. She was very professional, always punctual, and extremely friendly and helpful. La Luz exceeded our expectations, and we HIGHLY recommend her!

Beautiful pictures, wonderful photographer

Aly has been to our home to photograph our daughter twice now. She is so sweet and easy going that it doesn't even seem like photos are being taken. And the pictures are amazing. Candid and sweet - nothing staged or cheesy. Even when we are "posing" they never look set up.

She recently came to do a family shoot for us. I do not exaggerate when I say before she came we had only 3 pictures of our little family together. We are just not photogenic and always feel awkward in front of the camera. Not only did Aly put us at ease she managed to take the most beautiful pictures of our family. We could not be more thrilled. She truly captured our family dynamic and everyone at their best.

La Luz Photography is the only company we will ever use and we recommend them to all of our friends in the Seattle area.

Photo shoot with wiggly grandchildren

We had a great experience using Aly to do a photo shoot for my visiting grandchildren and their parents. I called her on short notice and she was very responsive, suggesting the UW campus as a great location to do what I wanted. It proved to be a perfect suggestion. The children, ages 4 and 1, were wiggly and definately not interested in posing for pictures. Aly had her hands full, but she had several great ideas to engage their attention and she didn't give up. She gave us more than the planned hour, and gave the kids many breaks to play between efforts to get them to pose (alone and then with their parents). The results included several great shots of the kids and the family and that is really a tribute to Aly's patience. She also was wonderful in working with me to Photoshop some of the shots to remove background distractions or messy strands of hair. And she provided a DVD of the entire shoot at a reasonable price in addition to great prints.

Best wedding photographer

We adore this husband wife-team! Aly has a wonderful eye and is so fun to work with - she captured all of our wedding moments with such talent and inspiration. So many guests have told us that our wedding photos are so artful and really captured the essence of the day. We could not have asked for a better team to work with and highly recommend La Luz to anyone hoping to capture special events with flair and beauty.

Aly with La Luz Photography is absolutely wonderful to work with. Her talent is undescribable. I had the pleasure of having her do my wedding photo's and I have received numerous comments on how great our pictures turned out. Aly captured all of the moments that you hope to be captured during your wedding without us even knowing about it. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you get everything from your day captured. She is extremely dependable, organized, and a joy to work with. I highly recommend her for any event that you have needing photography. You will never be disappointed with her work.

Amazing Quality and Service!!

My Fiance and I used La Luz Photography for our engagement pictures and were thrilled with the whole experience. The service and quality provided by Aly was outstanding!! She is a true professional who listened to exactly what we wanted for our pictures while including her own creative ideas. During the session Aly made us feel comfortable and at ease, she really took her time to get the perfect shot...nothing was rushed. Best Baby Pictures EVER!!

I love Aly and La Luz Photography! She has taken photos of my son for a year - he is now one, and I couldn't be happier! She is so flexible and easy to work with and when you're taking photos of babies that is so important. Aly will go to you for a photo location and is so go with the flow! I not only use her for all my photography needs, but have recommended her to my family and friends! She just knows how to capture that special moment! I've worked with many photographers over the years and no one comes close to La Luz - don't have any hesitation about using them! Aly is amazing!

Never called back!

I called three times and wrote an e-mail and never heard back. Very disappointed. I trusted City Searches best of list but this one didn't work out well.
