I have used a variety of catering services for small personal events to large corporate banquets. I have never before received such personalized service as I did with Eric Sorensen Catering. Eric was able to plan the perfect menu for my event, and the food was absolutely amazing! I was hearing compliments from my co-workers for weeks. Thanks for the wonderful event Eric Sorensen Catering.

Eric Sorensen Catering sets a quality table of interesting flavors, textures, and aromas without hyperbole or pretense. It is fine food imagined with flair and fun, prepared and served with detail to delight and please. Were a guest to quitely, privately 'say grace' before this table, it would have to serve as an acknowledgement as much as it would an invocation. Enjoy, our guests always have. Being responsible for corporate event planning, I require a caterer with exquisite food and full service and in whom I can place complete trust. That is why I always use Eric Sorensen Catering. Their food is absolutely divine and the service is first rate. I highly recommend them.
