Eric Sorensen Catering sets a quality table of interesting flavors, textures, and aromas without hyperbole or pretense. It is fine food imagined with flair and fun, prepared and served with detail to delight and please. Were a guest to quitely, privately 'say grace' before this table, it would have to serve as an acknowledgement as much as it would an invocation. Enjoy, our guests always have.
