I wish there were the option for 0 stars, but there wasn't. We tried 5 of the options for tapas, all lacked flavor or really any note worthy attribute. The only redeeming quality of our experience there was a nice bottle of spanish wine that we found. I _love_ the spanish guitar, and their player was definitely talented but they had it up so loud that you had to yell to talk to the person across the table. Which I found odd, usually the reason to go get tapas is to socialize, yet you couldn't hear the person across the table. We had assumed that maybe the tapas menu was simply lacking, so we tried the dinner out. Simply followed the waiter's suggestions since we were all unfamiliar with Andean cuisine. I had a "traditional" lamb stew that was vacant of any taste. With the 8 oz of lamb that I found in the stew, i would say 6 oz of it was just fat. Boiled flavorless disgusting fat. To boot, the rest of the stew was undercooked and partially raw. My wife had the halibut, which was the best meal at the table and we rated it 'lackluster'. To top it all off, lets just say the duck and rice, was the worst meal at the table. If the review along wasn't enough to get my point across, let me add with the $50 bottle of wine and tip, we finished off at a $200 tab.
