Marvelous show, amazing drinks, and great service!
by iloveburlesque
Wow, I didn?t know places like this exist! I came in for Valentines Day. My boyfriend and I arrived early so we lounged at the bar until our table was ready. It was super busy but the bartender Sean took time to stop, explain, and help us pick out a flavorsome cloudy green Absinthe. The following AEROBOTRON show was marvelous! The show incorporated hilarity, hot but tasteful dance moves, and seemingly impossible acrobatics with an amazing musical soundtrack. The service was friendly and helpful. Our server helped us pick out some amazing absinthe cocktails as we sipped our champagne and checked up on us frequently despite the fact it was a busy Valentines Day. The food was good. The server recommended a delicious beet salad followed by an equally tasty Pork Cassolette with Creme Brulee for dessert. The show ended around midnight and my boyfriend and I stayed for the following dance party. We ended the night by having drinks with the performers in the bar. Theres nothing like it in Seattle! I'll tell my girlfriends.
- Pros: Marvelous show, amazing drinks, great service.
- Cons: Parking is tough (give yourself time to park)
Cool $how $hitty service!!
by Notsurewhattosay
$hitty service at the Table! Our waitor was an ass....Group of Ladies out to have a good time and he could not be bothered. If the tip was not already put in the bill at the end I would not have tipped him at all.... Sad thing is that we could have spent ALOT more money. There was 0 customer service!
- Pros: COOL SHOW
- Cons: BAD WAIT STAFF!!
Horrible service
by letitsnow
We will not be returning. We were extremely disappointed with the service. Our waiter was very rude, food took over an hour to get, it was cold, and for dessert we got canned pears while the rest of the show got creme brule. Our waiter was unapologetic and said that was all that was left. All of our wine had sediment in the bottom and our waiter refused to give fresh pours. The show was good but the service made us want to never return. If you do go, skip the food and just drink..
- Pros: ambience
- Cons: service, food
Hands down favorite night out in Seattle.
by Lobo2k8
I have now been here a half dozen times and there's always something great and fantastic going on in the show. This is no fluke...it takes a lot of talent to make an hour and a half show unique and spellbinding month after month, and this is hands down one of my favorite places in seattle. These guys take talented dancers and clever dance numbers and somehow find a perfect balance of humor and grace. The cast members all have distinct roles that fit them perfectly. Johnny Boy and Rainbow have an amazing chemistry together. Faggedy Randy (awesome name) is one of the funniest and most talented dancers I have seen. The other cast members had great numbers too and work well as a group. And the belly dancer tonight, Najla, was absolutely mind blowing-sexy and cool and exotic. What a great mix of performance numbers. Drinks are good, food is mostly good, service gets a bit backed up but the drinks are strong and the drinks always arrive. The ambiance is truly Parisian, it reminds me of the numerous cabarets I visited there, and it's a place I strongly recommend for birthday parties, bachelorette parties, but most importantly, it's a TRULY great night out in Seattle for anyone who wants some sizzling dance, amazing music, and deep laughs.
- Pros: Amazing, talented and funny dancers. A fantastic night out for Seattlilites and visitors.
- Cons: Some seating is a bit off center to fully see the stage, but it's totally workable.

Great Performers
by Ariesmama
My girlfriends and I celebrated a friend's bachelorette party at the Can Can and had a great time watching the performers. I'd never quite seen a burlesque troup quite like it. Entertaining, amusing and $exy! As I headed to the bar, I was put off by the $20 minimum bar policy, (even with cash) and decided to wait on my drink until after the show . A friend had too much to drink that night and two of the staff members were snickering and rolling their eyes, when they saw her knees buckle, as I helped CARRY her outside and NEVER offered to call a cab, loan a hand, or even ASK if she was okay. I was not impressed and felt a strong urge to $LAP the smirks off their pretty little faces. I will NEVER go back to the Can Can after an experience with the staff like that. What a shame to have such A$$HOLES work at a potentially great venue.
- Pros: Awesome performers, Great Ambiance, Fun Location
- Cons: Rude Service, $20 minimum (cash too) for the bar
Always a good time! Perfect for a bachelorette party!
by deutschblond
every time i have gone here to see a show it has been amazing! they have the perfect mix of avant-guard dance routines and burlesque/comedy routines. recently, i took my friend and bride to be there. it was phenomenal! they even had all the bachelorettes come up on stage and sing journey! it was great!
- Pros: great dance and music
- Cons: can be croweded sometimes
Perfect for Bachelorette Parties
by chelspels
VIP is the only way to go - $40 per ticket includes $25 voucher for food/drinks with a table close to the stage. Amazing performers, reasonably priced drinks, good food. I would recommend this place for groups, especially bachelorette parties.
- Pros: Great for groups and parties
- Cons: Book in advance, bad refund/cancellation policy
Good Show???????????
by anpt
I think the performers might have been talented, hot ,and entertaining, but unfortunately all I could see was NOTHING! All the tables were set up in a way that only the front row could see the stage. The DJ was good, I enjoyed his/her original mixes. As I was left with the food to rate this venue, it was as good as your average Swanson's take home dinner. DO NOT ORDER DESSERT. Don't bother with the food, drink instead, at least then you can convince your self the evening was worth leaving home. I will never go again, and I would only recommend to an enemy.
- Pros: Nice bartenders
- Cons: Completely unable to see the show, one inch of water on the floor of the ladies bathroom, Yuck.
Interesting evening out
by SValentine
I Took my wife for her birthday a few weeks ago on a Sunday for dinner and "The Breaking" vaudeville show. The ambiance felt like something out of Puccini's La Boheme. We half expeced to see Mimi and Rodolpho seated nearby. It was fairly crowded by showtime so who knows, maybe they were? The drinks were well made and the service was fine. Our waitress was attentive suggestiing a muddled berry and champagne matrini called a Bella Ruse (I think?) that was tasty. My wife had a Margarita that was fair, commenting that she has had better. The food was good and intersesting. The Can Can salad and the buffalo lasagne are both great choices. The chicken was good but unmemorable. The show, "The Breaking", supplied with live music courtesy of "The Bad Things" was a pleasant joy and highly recommended. The place was packed with a mostly twenties crowd who came to see the enegetic dance troupe that did amazing things with the limited area they have to work with. It is the kind of place I would without hesitation take out of town visitors to experience. Overall it was an enjoyable evening, although a bit more pricy than expected. It's great to know that there are young bohemians entertaining the masses in places like The Can Can.
- Pros: Ambiance, dance and live music
- Cons: A bit pricy
