I was just driving down Jackson one day, and all of a sudden, a pizza place jumped out of no where. I thought "whoa, what is that doing here?" So I called up my brother and said, "Hey, we gotta try this place out!" We made ourselves look like fools as we walked in, because we did not understand that we were supposed to wait to be seated. So we just wandered around the joint aimlessly until a waitress directed us what to do. There is not a lot of seating in the place, but it is not cramped. We noticed the sourdough crust advertisement, so we had to check that out. We had the Hullabaloo pizza, and we were very impressed. Fresh ingredients, and the crust is awesome. The people were very nice, but there was only one waitress that night with a full restaurant. So we were a little neglected, but we weren't in any hurry. Also, it is a little noisy when there are a group of kids playing in their "children's area." They have some awesome TV's set up if you want to check out a game, but they are not intrusive if you are looking to just converse with others. The pizza was a little bit on the pricey side, but you are paying for a very high quality product, so it is a good value. Finally, the neighborhood is not necessarily the best in Seattle, and the parking is not ideal. However, these little issues are trivial when looking at the overall atmosphere and quality of the food. If you are looking for just an awesome slice, then this is the place to go.

Pros: Awesome pie!

Cons: Little noisy.
