Fight to Win! This is the best attorney in Seattle. He fights hard, but knows when to pull in the reigns and get down to the facts. He easily found the holes in the prosecutions case, and helped to bring them to light. Selcting an attorney is an important choice. As soon as I met Tito, I knew I had chosen correctly. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism, and the sense of ease he was able to provide through the entire legal process. I highly recommend speaking to Tito before anyone else.

Pros: Gentle presence and a cool demenour really made him great to work with. His bark isn't nearly as bad has his bite. Tito means business!

Cons: Not a One...

As a lawyer in this town, I have observed Tito Rodriguez at work for many years. He is my first choice for a criminal defense lawyer. You will not find anyone who will be more dedicated to your case or work harder for you. He gets incredible results for his clients.

We had Tito represent my son in a criminal case in 2005. He was not only extremely professional but a caring person too. He did everything that was humanly possible to keep my son out of jail, which he did with finesse and extreme professionality. He coached my son on what to say and had my family members write letters to the Judge in his behalf. (Things we would never have thought of.) We could not have asked for a better outcome in my son's case, unless all charges were dropped, which given his circustances was impossible. I would highly recommend Tito to any and all who ask for a great attorney.

I've seen a bunch of criminal defense attorneys in Seattle at work and I can confidently say Tito Rodriguez is one of the best. And that's not just my opinion; fellow defense attorneys, judges, prosecutors, and even bailiffs hold him in the highest regard. In the elevator in the courthouse recently, I heard a judge tell an attorney she should try to make some time that afternoon to go to watch Mr. Rodriguez cross-examine a witness. The judge went on to say he had seen very few attorneys over the years who had the smarts and the skills that Mr. Rodriguez has.

From the first day I met Tito Rodriguez I felt confident that he would represent me well. It was a very emotional case for me and he always made me feel at ease. He did a great job explaining what the process was so that I could understand what was happening with my case. I also admired how organized and well prepared he was in court. He has gone above and beyond to help me and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone or to use him again myself.

I have always been impressed with Tito's ability to quickly and accurately assess what a case is about and how to defend it. As a former colleague at the public defender's office, I would recommend Tito to anyone in need of superb criminal defense advocacy.

Tito Rodriguez is an amazing criminal defense attorney. He understands both the misdemeanor and felony criminal system. He is skilled in obtaining the release of a criminal defendants before trial. Unlike many attorneys he has gone to trial numerous times. Without a doubt, he will be the smartest person in the courtroom, the judge included!

I came to Mr. Rodriguez feeling very overwhelmed with my legal situation and left our first meeting completly relaxed and at ease. Not only am I thankful for the peace of mind, but Mr. Rodriguez was able to get me another chance and represented me with professionalism and class. Highley Recomended.
