I am in Issaquah for the summer - and went here for a haircut based on a local magazine review. The hot towels, the scalp massage, the dual rinse - they are all great. The only problem - it was the worst haircut I have ever had in the last 5 years. I asked for just one thing - to make sure my hair did not stand straight up. Twenty five minutes later, the one thing my hair did was stand straight up. It was cut way too short in parts - unevenly. When I got home, I also found that the hair around my ears had been trimmed very poorly. I had to get another haircut two days later - absolutely horrible job the first time around. I have not had such a bad haircut since I first came to the US, did not know any better, and ended up at a Supercuts. These guys should be moving lawns, not cutting hair.
