It's easy to miss Nest. It's across 85th from Bank of America and around the corner from Christy's. But, it's worth making the effort to check it out. The flowers are always fresh (and I think organic) and there's terrific gifty items as well. Next time you're at the Wedgwood QFC, Rite Aid or any of the other shops in the neighborhood, make the effort to visit Nest. You won't be disappointed.

Nest Floral and Gift is the perfect floral shop. The arrangements are gorgeous, fragrant, unique-- simply spectacular. Robbin has great suggestions and always comes up with the most fantastic arrangement for our budget.The shop itself is cute beyond belief and always smells heavenly, which alone is worth a visit to experience. I really love the one-of-a-kind jewelry, always something modern and new. Nest also carries an eclectic mix of ladies clothing- fun, kimono-like shrugs; funky hand-felted scarves; and knitwear. I bought a silkscreened graphic t-shirt tunic and I ALWAYS get compliments. I have also found many gifts for the hard-to-shop for friends (along with a cute card). A great one-stop shopping solution in a sweet, fun and unique shop. I highly recommend Nest Floral and Gifts.

Pros: Unique, gorgeous, fragrant flowers and gifts

Cons: gosh, I can't think of any!

Our company has used Nest quite a few times for flower arrangements, and my expectations are always exceeded. What a wonderful atmosphere! The boutique has an array of original/local items that are perfect for "hard-to-shop for" friends. The floral arrangements are clearly inspirational and tailored to each order. We hand-deliver a lot of bouques to our clients, and whenever it comes from nest I get an over-abundance of compliments, oooh's and aaaah's! Because of this, I go out of my way to shop there. In addition, I referred a friend to Nest for her wedding to get a last minute quote. She ended up working with Robin from Nest, and was pleased by the price, quality, beauty, and creativity that Robin provided.

Pros: Boutique-feel, creative/original arrangements, great value

Cons: out of the way for some people

Often times I need a gift or flowers as a thank you for my clients. Nest is the absolute best place to find what I need. I have never been excited about giving flowers because they always seem to look the same. Not from Nest. Robbin is not just a florist, she is an artist. I have always gotten rave reviews from the arrangments I get from her. They are beautiful and unique. Robbin has an amazing way of creating with a variety of different flowers and other plants to make each arrangment special and spectacular. The variety of gift items available in her shop are also great. Lots of wonderful inexpensive items you won't find anywhere else, and many from local artists, which also makes me feel really good. To top it all off, even when I am not shopping, Nest has such a terrific atmosphere, it is a great place to stop and just rejuvenate. Truelly a place for everyone with something for everyone, you won't find it anywhere else.

Pros: Awesome selection, fabulous atmosphere, great customer service and super prices

Cons: parking can be a challenge, but well worth the effort

I just visited Nest Floral & Gift for the first time today. I heard about it from a friend that had been raving about how stunning, yet affordable their flower arrangements are. I had called a few days in advance and asked that Robin have a floral arrangement ready for me to pick up. I did not give her any information about the recipient of the flowers except to say it was a "Congratulations On Your New Job!” gift. I was very impressed by the flower chosen and how she arranged them. She even provided a gift card to include with the arrangement. I will certainly be ordering flowers from Nest Floral & Gifts again in the future!

Pros: Great flowers and gifts!

Cons: None!

After searching through the wedding show book I came across this cute flower shop with a boutique feel. AND surprise! It's also a boutique. The service is friendly and hands on and one feels that they are truly being heard. I loved how owner, Robbin, seemed to get my vision instantly and was able to offer some incredibly creative advice. My wedding's not until this weekend, but I feel like I'm in great hands. I would highly recommend this quaint shop in Wedgewood for any occassion...and that's saying a lot since I live in RENTON.

Dance! Wash your dog! Grocery shop but don't miss Nest Floral~ great jewelry selection, funky cards, neat niknaks, super seasonal selections and Robin at the Nest listens to your floral needs. She is friendly and creative, and I always feel like I am her most important customer. Valentines day, birthdays, whatever, I always feel like I can pop in, get some ideas and get my shopping started. If you live in NE Seattle and enjoy personalized shopping, I would start there. Good phone service, as well.

This shop is just off 35th Ave. NE at 85th, behind Christie's, the dog grooming place and across from the Bank of America. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You may not find an Audrey II, but they have a variety unique flowers and gifts and some great cards as well. Stop by on your next walk through Wedgwood, just around the corner from the Wedgwood Ale House. There is usually parking right in front of the door making loading those big flower arrangements a breeze!

Pros: They virtually have no competition in this area unless you count QFC's flowers dept. The prices are much better and you can get custom arrangements. The flowers are fresh and last a long time.

Cons: Some special orders take a little lead time as it is a small shop but that is out weighed by the personalized service.

Awesome place -- wide selection of flowers and gifts. The staff is wonderful and will give you tons of ideas on creating a bouquet or arrangement for whatever your occasion is.
