We highly recommend Classic Floor Care! The owner came out to assess carpet repairs on a Friday night at no charge. Phone calls were returned immediately. Scheduling was a breeze and they arrived right on time! Carpet cleaning technician was very friendly and polite. Owner did carpet repairs himself and spent much more time than he anticipated, yet he didn't charge us extra. This company takes much pride in their work, something that seems to be rare these days, and their prices are substantially lower than their competitors. We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I am an apartment manager, and have used several cleaners since I've been doing this. So far, for the price, quality, and prompt service, DJ beats them all. When there's an emergancy, or we need them same day, they're always ready to take care of us! The staff is courteous and polite, and all extra charges for stains are always discussed before hand. I even have him come out for consultation on whether I should replace carpet or if it can be salvaged. THey are excellent at huge spot removals too! I had another company come out, and they failed to get out red spots, where as DJ came out and took them right out!! I would highly recommend this company. I even had them do my mothers house!

I had called Classic Floor Care to schedule a carpet cleaning for the next day and they told me they were all booked for the next day but could get someone out to my house that same day a few house later. They showed up on time, and DJ did a GREAT job. We have a pitbull and had a lot of stains in the carpet from the dog and he got all the stains out and was very fast also. When he was finished he also schooled me on the correct way to get stains out and to always contact them if I have any "problem" stains I can't get out. We are going to be replacing our carpet soon with hardwoods and getting new tile in the kitchen and DJ told me that Classic Floor Care also installs floors so I will be calling them when we are ready to do that! I would definetely recommend using Classic Floor Care to anyone! Ask for DJ...HE WAS GREAT!!!
