I am ecstatic and i am going to share! I went to Aura Laser Skin Care last week to find out prices and do a consultation about laser hair removal. i immediately was given a list of prices?? I have never seen another spa do that? they always wait until they get you in the "interrogation room!! "before they divulge what anything is going to cost!! This medspa is consistently about 1/2 the price of other places i have looked into. There are nurses and medical doctors on site who care and know about skin and skin problems... so no one has treatments unsuperivised.. I decided to start the package and i am noticing results from the laser bikini hair removal already.... the hair is hardly growing and very patchy but i was told.. this is how it starts to slow the hair from regrowing... I love it!! i wish i had started in the winter so i would be almost done now... it takes about 4 or 5 times of repeated treatments and it'll be less and less... I took advantage of the special they were running so i got an 80.00 dollar discount on top of the low prices... the place is very "Modern" and nice.. i really feel good.. i reccommend it. Julia

Let me start with out by saying that the customer service was wonderful and very professional. The receptionist explained everything to me in detail, and was very knowledgable. She had answered every question that I had, and made me feel very important. The salon was very clean. My treatment was amazing, and I started seeing results almost immediately!!! Their stylist Lina is an awesome stylist!! My hair turned out to be a lot better then I expected! It was exactly what I wanted and then some!! I will definately be going back to see her!! I am looking forward to going back to recieve more services!! They made me feel as though I was family! Loved it!! Thank you girls!!!!

First off, the staff and facility of Aura Laser Skin Care is what sets this medspa apart from any other. The staff are professional, knowledgeable but most of all, friendly. I felt, from the moment I walked in, that these folks really care about my needs. Their front desk receptionist Amelia was very knowledgeable and polite to say the least. She went out of her way to answer any and all of my questions. The spa is immaculate and beautiful, it's true relaxation at its best. As for cost, Aura’s prices are UNMATCHED, and I felt no pressure buying at all. Now for me, I was referred to Aura Laser Skin Care by my friend for their Acne care solutions. I was put on their Acne Gold treatment system, and immediately noticed the change in my skin. In just as little as a week, the majority of my acne, blemishes and bumps cleared up and the scars from previous blemishes had began to fade. I truly am amazed, especially with all the different treatments I've previously used and all the money I spent, I wish knew about Aura sooner. Gina

This is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a review, however, I feel as though I owe it to other people looking for a skin care spa. I felt that the staff at Aura were very unprofessional. I waited for quite some time after my scheduled appointment while the staff at the desk chatted with each other about non related work issues. Although the prices were reasonable, the attention given to me was unsatisfactory in comparison to other spa experiences I have had. I will not be going back to Aura and feel that my money can best be spent elsewhere.

Let me start by saying my 5 stars is only based on 2 services. I plan on going back and seeing if the rest of the 'menu' is as good as the Botox & Eyelash Ext service. Kady is the manager and she is awesome. But more than that, she's honest! And when you are getting needles poked in your head...honesty is really all we care about, right? (She did a great job on the lashes, but they are just not for me...) Price: The price is right...no pun intended. I dont think they are the cheapest out there but again...when the needles with foreign liquid are being shot in to your head, I am not sure that "CHEAP" is the way to go. Same goes with super strength eyelash glue being teetered 1 millimeter from your eyeball! Service: I called for the eyelash appt first, basically got right in. I wanted to schedule Botox at the same time but was informed i would need a consultation first. (As inconvenient as this was for me, an experienced 'Botoxee', i do see the value in this for first timers). The Doc was taking appointments for Fri & Sat's...so I got in a week and a half later...When I got there for my appointment, I had my 4 year old son with me...unconventional, i know. But my old place shuffled me in and out in about 5 minutes so it was never a problem. At AURA, they actually took the time to prep my skin, talk to me, educate me (ie show me what they were going to do and how), etc...Kady was so good with him! They didn't even bat an eye. Now I am not recommending you take preschoolers to the spa with you, and my son won't be joining me the next time, but in this case, they sure did make life easy for us. Overall: It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back there for my botox refills. I will also try them out for any other 'cosmetic needs' as they arise. Rachel

I have been shopping around for a laser hair removal clinic for quite some time now. After visiting a handful of medical spas on the east side I finally decided to give Aura Laser Skin Care a try. I must admit that I was taken aback by their staff's professionalism and experience. Their spa is very clean and inviting, their prices beat the competition hands down, and most of all, their laser hair removal technology is the safest and most efficient. If you are considering a laser hair removal procedure, I definitely recommend you give Aura Laser Skin Care a try. And BTW. They have a doc on staff. Sam

If you have a lot of extra time on your hands, and don't expect a dr to treat you respectfully, this might be the place for you. I tried three times to schedule a procedure at the Bothell location of Aura and never received my procedure. There is one dr available who works very limited hours that evidentally change weekly depending upon the dr whims. The first time I scheduled (two weeks out) the receptionist scheduled me for the wrong procedure on a day when the dr wasn't even there. I rescheduled (two more weeks) and was called less than a day before and told that the dr would not be available and that I needed to reschedule. I rescheduled again (one more week). I arrived 15 minutes early and then waited 45 minutes. The first thirty minutes I was told it would be any minute. After that, everyone stayed away and I was told nothing. By now it was getting late and I had no time for my procedure because of small children that I needed to meet from school. Since I couldn't find anyone, I jotted down a note telling them that I had to leave and to please call me to reschedule. Several hours later they called to tell me that the dr refused to serve me in the future because I had inconvenienced him by leaving! I am now happy that this happened because I can't imagine letting such a disrespectful, egocentric provide any service for me.

i asked my Dr the other day about laser for my age spots on my face and he told me his wife goes to this clinic Aura Laser Skin Care. I couldn't believe it? a co- worker just told me about this place!! my Dr reassured me that he himself knows the physician at Aura Laser Skin Care and some of his colleagues go there to have treatments too!! I went in to talk to them on my Doctor's reccomendation and can say anyone who is considering any laser and or skin treatments this is where you will be taken very good care of. I can't say enough about katy who is the manager and one of the skin specialists there. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Goldman is always available to answer all my questions and confirmed that there are several physicians who come in and have a multitude of treatments at Aura Laser Skin Care. I am amazed how affordable they are compared to other places?! I thanked my family physician for reffering me to Aura Laser Skin Care i really have seen results in just one treatment which was just a few days ago..... Thanks guys i know now why you have such a loyal following.....add me to the List:o) Hannah

i HAD Juvederm injection for the first time on a referral from my sister. I couldn't believe the change right in front of my eyes. Juvederm is a filler that is used to fill in creases and deep wrinkles on the face, especially around the mouth and nose. My face had quite a few of those. I felt I looked 15 years younger right there and then. I would definitley recommend Juvederm it's much better than Restylane which i had in the past. I felt very informed and educated about all the different choices i had with Doctor Goldman. Other places made feel as if they couldn't be bothered . The Physician here did a consult with me prior to the injection. He informed me fully about what Juvederm treats like thin lips, or what they like to call nasolabial folds (Which is basically the parenthesis lines around the nose and mouth on each side of our faces) and helped me make the best decision for myself. This place is very popular and very busy. I think that says something about them it was a lot smoother feeling and the Doctor is very experienced. My new addiction is Jevederm. It lasts up to 9 months. I was so concerned about bruising, no big deal it goes away and well worth it. Aura is the MedSpa to trust....

I really should thank all of you who wrote the reviews on this site. i went to Aura purely based on the reviews i read and i am very happy i did. I have had hyperpigmented skin since the birth of my daughter and it has been getting worse progressively. I have talked to plastic surgeons and dermatalogists about this and because of my asian background they didn't want to touch me! I always got the same response "Oh your skin might get worse if we do any treatments?" I was so desperate when i moved here from california i lost my tan and really noticed the dark spots on my skin even more... i thought i would give it a try one more time to fix instead of disguise my skin issue. I googled and read all the reviews, but Aura had the most genuine seeming people reviewing them. I walked in and talked to a couple of gals in the clinic and they gave me a regimen that seemed too simple to be true.?? I figured i would try it as i have done all else to help my skin with no results. I noticed the dark patches on my skin clearing up and getting lighter and lighter within a week. I thoguht i was imagining it, but my husband even noticed it. I am very active and take great care to stay fit and look good and healthy. This is the best "Fitness" Program i have ever put my skin on.... Thanks Aura i am grateful and loyal....:o)
