If you're looking for a great meal, Matt Dillon may be able to give it to you, if you can get noticed at the door. I've tried three times to dine here. The first time my date and I were left standing at the door for over 15 minutes without anyone saying hello. We notice every member of the staff look at us an continue doing what they were doing. We left feeling we weren't important maybe since they were already full. The next time I tried we were forgotton about on the list and put again at the end to wait another hour. I ended up being dragged back with two other friends who wanted to go, despite my warnings about their organization at the door. We got a table!! The food was as good as I expected; fresh, interesting and thoroughly thought-out. The server was aloof and uninformed about the menu. I think we saw him three times during the meal - once to take the order, once to drop the food, once to drop the bill on the table without saying even thankyou. I'm sad. Usually if the food is good enough somewhere, I'll forgive the service to some degree. Not at Sitka. Hopefully they'll hire better at Corson.
