I have searched way to many websites reading review after review and all I hoped for was that one shining star that would stand out among the rest. Wholly smokes I found her. Her name is Sarah and without a doubt I agree with the hundreds of amazing reviews written about her, including Seattle Magazines little blurb. She really is one of the best top stylists in Seattle. For Gods sakes, she actually made my out of control hair mess tame and sleek with a banging color combination and cut. Trust me, that is not an easy job and for that is the reason why my search for the perfect stylist is finally over. (oh and she is really down to earth and awesome to talk to as well :) )
Pros: Style of salon is hip yet down to earth
Cons: the music was kinda low so you can hear everyones conversations (but not that bad)

I am one of the most loyal customers a hairstylist could have. I used to travel over 150 miles to get my haircut every 8 weeks! After a few speeding tickets I gave up traveling so far. :) Then I met Jeremy through his sister's breast cancer awareness fundraiser. I am telling you right now, he is the best hairstylist I have ever been to! His technique is amazing! I had the privilege of watching him cut hair all day and each girl walked out feeling absolutely amazing! His personality is sweet and very convincing. He makes you feel and look beautiful. He has a new customer for life! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who wants to look and feel incredible!

Jeremy made me look like a new person. I picked a haircut that I wouldnt have normally chosen in the past being that my hair has always been long but Jeremy did an awesome job. He also did an amazing job on coloring my hair. I wasnt planning on doing color but by his recomendation, I decided to go ahead with it. The color really completed the look. He really has an eye for what looks good! Overall my experience was so great and I cannot wait to visit him again! I would recommend him to anyone:)

It's no secret that most women head to the salon after a breakup. New hair, new outlook, new YOU (well, usually). Sad thing is, 9 times out of 10, these women emerge with a haircut that sounded good in their head at the time but later hated themselves later for being impulsive. Sarah was NOT going to let me be one of these women. We talked at length about what to do with my crazy curly/wavy/mind of it's own hair (she loved it long, I wanted a change). Sarah didn't want me to be impulsive but wanted to give me the change I wanted. We decided to shorten it a little and turn up the layers. I'm so glad I heeded her advice. Not only did she expertly snip away and style my hair into what we called movie star hair, she was wonderful to talk to. I'm going back to see her in two weeks for some much needed color. Lisa, the owner, came around and checked in with all the clients to see how everything was going. What an awesome chick! She really believes in her slogan and it shows (live. laugh. be pretty). I hear she is the master at color, especially for going red. This place will make you feel fabulous.

I came in a carrot and left a blonde. How it happened, I do not know, but it is Zoe who is responsible. My haircolor was absolutely saved by her. She is a haircolor genius as well as an artist. I have naturally brown hair that had been previously dyed red. I few days ago I went to a different salon to go blonde. I got a full foil and ouch. I turned out looking like a toehead on top and a carrot on the bottom. Ugly brassy orange and my hair was frizzy and dry. Complete disaster. Lisa was so sweet and comforting on the phone. I instantly felt loads better. They got me in THAT DAY and were so welcoming, understanding, and got me smiling right away. Now I absolutely love my color. Zoe was very quick, sweet, and fun to talk to. And like I said, amazing at what she does. I am now blonde with some golden highlights (her idea) with not a bit of orange or brass. While the color was developing, she was constantly attentive, checking the foils and adding more goop here and there. Definitely a perfectionist, which I am all for when it comes to my hair! I left exuberantly happy, with hair that feels soft, shiny, and not dry! Who knows how she did that, considering this is my second dye job in three days. Lovely staff, awesome salon, delicious wine..please go here for great hair! I've never written a review before to anything, but after this experience (going from panic-stricken to ridiculously happy) I just had to.
Pros: HIGHLY skilled, friendy, laidback, not snooty, knowledgeable about hair

What a wonderful experience, great from the very beginning. Tammy is terrific at the desk, really welcomes you. Both Lisa and Sarah are wonderful. Sarah did a wonderful job on my totally fried over processed hair. I cannot wait until she can highlight this. I am really considering switching to her for a cut as well. Everyone is so down to earth, warm and friendly. Great atmosphere, nice place to go. Highly recommend this salon.
Pros: Warm, friendly and sincere.
Cons: Parking could be an issue, but they do have the 3 spaces accross the street

I have read a ton of reviews about Sarah Riely's amazing work on Citysearch and always thought about giving her a try, but always ended up going back to my comfort zone with a stylist who I have been unhappy with for years. Until I read her write up in Seattle Magazine and realized it was time. I made an appointment and started telling my friends about my decision. Funny how word of mouth works because one of my friends (whose hair I love) already goes to Sarah. After getting my hair cut and colored I can see why all the positive reviews. Now there are two of us in our group of friends who have radiating hair. I sure am glad I gave her a try. I will definitely return!
Pros: sarah is down to earth
Cons: the owner is a little loud

I was about to get married and seriously needed to update my old hairstyle. I found Lisa Power Salon through CitySearch and thought I'd give them a try. Sarah Reilly gave me the cutest new hair style, very fun, and it frames my face beautifully. I finally had the courage to cut off my long hair and I'm so glad Sarah was the one to do it. It really is the best haircut I've ever received.

I recently moved to Seattle from New York City and was worried that I would not find a stylist that I liked. Boy was I wrong! Sarah at Lisa Power Salon is fantastic! She listened to me and agreed that the cut I wanted would be perfect and she helped me to select the perfect color and highlights. I love it... and best of all my husband loves it, too. Thanks, Sarah.

I JUST GOT DONE READING THE LATEST SEATTLE MAGAZINE BEAUTY ISSUE FOR FEBRUARY AND NOTICED THAT MY PERSONAL STYLIST SARAH RIELLY WAS LISTED AS ONE OF THE UP AND COMING AFFORDABLE STYLISTS OF SEATTLE. FINALLY SEATTLE MAGAIZINE GETS IT RIGHT. IT COULD NOT BE ANY MORE FITTING. SARAH IS BY FAR THE MOST FANTASTIC HAIR GODDESS EVER. IF SHE WAS ABLE TO MAKE MY DRAB HAIR LOOK ALIVE AND FRESH THEN SHE NOT ONLY DESERVES TO BE IN SEATTLE MAGAZINE AS A TOP STYLIST, SHE SHOULD BE IN THE GUINESS BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS TOO. SARAH KICKS BUTT IN EVERY ASPECT OF HAIR NO MATTER WHICH COLOR, TEXTURE, LENGTH OR STYLE. IF YOU BOOK WITH SARAH AND SHE DISAPPOINTS YOU THEN YOU ARE TOO DARN PICKY AND UNREALISTIC. THANK YOU SARAH REILLY IF YOU READ THESE REVIEWS. YOU HAVE MADE MY DAYS SPARKLE.
