I did work for these guys back in Feb., and it is the end of April now. They collected their money from the customer, but have not paid me. They will Not answer the phones..........How Shameless. Maybe Crackheads?
Pros: Maybe they will dupe another company to come out to you
Cons: they might come screw up your car, then not return a phone call

I was very impressed by not only the quality and timeliness of the service, but by the honesty and integrity this company showed. I had many other quotes but decided to go with this company because they were the lowest. After I had scheduled the service, I had two other companies call me and lower their offer by almost three hundred dollars over their original quotes. I politely declined and informed them I would stay with the company that was respectful to me by giving me an honest quote up-front. Thank you 123 Glass!

I got my car's windshield replaced by these guys because they charged a little less than the rest. I wish I had gone to someone else. The window is not properly installed it took them 2-3 weeks to come back and take a look at it. Now its been more than a week and they still didn't show up to fix what they have done. They wouldn't answer my calls, and when they do they try to come up with excuses. Not satisfied at all. If you like your car do not do business with them!
Pros: the guy who installed was cool to talk to but didn't deserve a $20 tip

I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the service you provided. I love my new windshield and your service was excellent and fast. The installer was very professional on the phone and he did an excellent job. I will recommend your company to everyone I know that needs glass work.

I love the ease and variety of "on-line" services - but customer service is not so great most of the time - what a refreshing experience this one was. The call back, scheduling and general information from 123 Glass was superb - then the tech that installed the glass was just a delight - he really took his time and did a great job as well as being very knowledgeable and informatitive - I have already printed out and given the 123 Glass website to 3 fellow employees. Thanks for such an easy and satisfying experience.

As a person with little patients, I must say that this was one of the smoothest transactions I have ever completed. The customer service rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all the questions I had and scheduled the appointment at my convenience (how many places do that!). The installer was great ... called first thing in the morning and told me almost to the minute when he would arrive. When he arrived he explained exactly what he was doing and what precautions I needed to take after the glass was installed. I am completely satisfied with the service you provided. No one wants to have to replace a windshield, but you made it easy. I would recommend 123Glass to anyone needed this service. Thanks for making it that easy.

I used 123 once in the Fall of '06 and again in March. Both times I found the service to be excellent. The price quoted never changed, they arrived within the time slot they gave to me and the work has always been satisfactory. I referred a friend to them and she was pleased as well.

I had an ok time with 123 glass. The guy that came out to help me was cool and laidback. He was like hangin out with one of my homies and talked like us too. That was tight. I was kinda mad though cuz he was like an hour and a half late and took a super long time to put the glass in my back window. Whatever though it was ok.

I had a horrible experience with 123 Glass. I live in Northgate and had 123 Glass come out to repair my driver side window which had been struck by a tree branch during the recent storm in the driveway. The driver was 2 hours later than he estimated and was unable to vacuum up the glass that remained within the vehicle. He said that the vacuum was broke. This was completely unacceptable and disappointing. The worker was also completely unprofessional in his attitude and talk. I felt as though I were talking with a high school teenager. I recommend going with someone else.
Pros: price quote was accurate
Cons: late, poor service and an inability to complete the entire task

Living in the Pacific Northwest has brought some challenges in the past months due to weather, but 123 Glass could have done a little better with customer service since they quote 100% customer service on their website. My back glass window of my car was broken so I chose them since they said immediate service etc. on their website and the price was one of the cheaper ones in Seattle. I scheduled my appointment for Monday at 3pm but no one called me to let me know that they were not going to be able to fix my back glass window until the next day. I had to call to see if they were still coming. After that, they let me know that the glass they ordered for my car was wrong and said they were going to call me in the morning to re-schedule. I didn't get a call the next day in the morning, so I called again, this time they said we will be there that SAME day at whatever time I quoted. I said a specific time and they "sure." The person that was supposed to come was not on time and did not call me to let me know he was running late. I called 123 glass and they said that he would be there. So, I waited. The man called like after an hour to say he was still running late. After 2 hours of me calling to see where this guy was and waiting the he finally came. He fixed the back glass but didn't vacuum the mess inside my car nor offer me an incentive for being two hours late. I called the number on the website and the only thing they could do for me was to bring the car in to the store to get it vacuumed or to wait until someone came out after the holidays since they were too busy. At this point, my schedule could not permit, but I wish there was something else they could have done. I would never go to them again and would rather pay $50 more at another place. I've been to other auto glass places before and this by far has been one of the cheapest places, but the worst in when it comes to service. Basically, you get what you pay for.....I say pass to 123 Glass.
Pros: Cheaper prices
Cons: Service and not reliable. Did not come when they said they would or clean after the mess.
