I am french and I am just very difficult when it comes to hair color. No offence, but i think that hair coloring is always very complicated in New York. The colorist ask you way to many questions and at the end you are not sure what you should have said. With Elsie, few or no questions are asked. She looks at you and knows what you will like and what you should do. Of course, she tells you before... no bad suprise. Anyway, I find exactely teh same level of service that i can have in Europe. And I trust her 100%
Pros: great service, amazinf skills for coloring. Hair cuts are great too. massages awesome (haven't tried the rest!)
