The owners are going to hate you.. My friend stayed at Belltown Court. Great location but it's a wood frame building so it is very noisy. Most of the people who live in the building are owners of condos and they hate vacation rental people. Don't expect them to help you if you have a problem. Don't even think about having a party or turning up your stereo to the point where you can hear it. Tiptoe around the room.

They like to complain and you'll get knocks on your door from management and security. When I visited we got hostile looks in the elevator.

Make sure you have a number to call for help 24/7. While we were there someone got locked out of the garage and nobody would help.…

Fantastic units great staff!. We have stayed at both the Harbor Steps apartments and the Metropolitan Tower #2711. These apartments are amazing. The Harbor Steps apartments overlook Eliott Bay so you can watch the ferries come and go and are just a couple blocks to Pike Place Market. The Metropolitan Tower apartment had a view of the space needle, lake union, and a bit of Eliott Bay. Both aparment complexes have swimming pools, hot tubs, and exercise facilities. Sea to Sky Staff are amazingly helpful, prices are reasonable, and every detail is thought of in the apartments.…
