poor service, lost items, over priced & no accountability

This company ended up charging me nearly twice what they estimated and they lost the feet to my sofa (which they removed). In the end, I was told it was my fault as we apparently saw the movers remove the feet. Definitely not recommended.
Pros: able to accommodate my schedule
Cons: bad service, lost small items, estimate was not accurate & no accountability
