good grub, nothing fancy
by Shorelinegirl at Citysearch
This is a no-frills sort of place that you can get a variety of good, filling chinese food and not spend an arm and a leg. The dishes range from very authentic to obviously American, and I like them all! My favorites are the bbq chicken and the dim sum like options. They usually have a good fish option, but sometimes its overcooked. It's always a full and happy place, with friendly waiters and good selection. Drinks are extra.
- Pros: good parking, decent food, good deal
- Cons: some dishes overcooked, sometimes a bit too loud
Great Eat for inexpensive price

What kind of person would call an an all you could eat restauraunt a pig trough in a review. Apparently they hold themselves above everyone else who goes there. Every time my family has gone there, we have loved the food and liked the fact that it's kid friendly. I've been in expensive restauraunts and I would prefer to be able to choose out of the myriad of dishes that they have available .
- Pros: good eat for the price
- Cons: if u don't like being around families w/ children u shouldn't go there
Not recommended, based on lots of personal experience

I used to eat here frequently, but I got turned off by several things. First, some of my favorite dishes were often over-cooked and sometimes swimming in grease (the broccoli chicken comes to mind). So it didn't exactly excite me as a source for healthy eating, which I've kind of come to expect from Chinese food. It seemed like they loved to simmer fresh vegetables in grease. I felt that if I kept eating their greasy fare, I would get fat as a pig! Secondly, (speaking of pigs!), I really grew tired of the swell of people in there at lunch-time, all crowding around the serving tables like a bunch of pigs in a pen. You see, there's no "start" or "finish" pattern to the serving table area, so it is like a big free-for-all. I saw people rudely crowd in to get their serving, and push other people aside. Often times parents had unruly or bawling kids with them, too. Man, the place got to be just like a barnyard! And thirdly, I got extremely annoyed with the wait staff. The place is crawling with waiters and waitresses, but, they don't really DO much, because, since it's a self-serve buffet, you, the customer, do most of the work. And yet, the wait people always seemed to insinuate that you give them a big tip! The worst thing is, several times I had wait-persons bring me my check and then take my money up to the cash register, but then they disappeared and never brought me my change! I hate to be so down on the place, as I will concede that it does have positive potential: it's got a HUGE parking lot, the place is big enough to accomodate large lunch-time crowds, and they do make an effort to put out a large variety of Asian-themed foods. Excellent dessert bar, too. But due to the three negative areas I've just listed, I won't be going back here any time soon.
- Pros: Ample parking, huge seating, good variety of dishes
- Cons: Some dishes are poorly done, wait staff is an annoyance
Not so super buffet anymore

I use to love going here when it first opened, my favorite was the chow mein and crab rangoons, but as the years have gone by the quality of the food, and the cleanliness of the place has gone down hill. Not only that but the prices have gone up adn weekends are the worse. For three of us we paid about 45 dollars. I understand it's buffet but usually weekends have good deals.
- Pros: Good chow mein, crab rangoon, sushi
- Cons: cleanliness, prices
Great buffet--great food for a decent price--all you can eat!

My boyfriend and I had driven by this place just off of Aurora by Sears and the Central Market, and it looked kind of sketchy. Fortunatley, our friends recommended it to us. It is usually very busy, but it is a great buffet. Lots of seafood, even decent sushi and a Monglian Grill where you pick out what you want and they fry it up for you--all of it is all you can eat. They have crab rangoon, oysters on the half shell, stir fries, dessert bar, fresh fruit, salad bar, and even some things like chicken strips and fried fish and french fries for those who aren't into Asian food so much. Dinner is only 11.25 per person, and it's all you can eat. Definately great for families.
- Pros: All-you-can-eat good food for a decent price, lots of seafood
- Cons: noisey, crowded
