Our two-room experience with this hotel was very good, except for one major glitch, I suppose that could happen to anyone...the "duh" carpark valet staff locked my nephew's keys in his SUV, which took lots of wait time to correct...they did feed us for free to try to make up for the inconvenience. The hotel rooms were quite nice, we had a wonderful urban view, and the food was very tasty. I am the business traveler of the bunch, and I was fine with it, and plan to stay there again. The value was good as well.

Cons: Valet park staff
