The rumor mill is churning a most disturbing one folks. Kids aloud in the bar until 9 PM. The coolness factor will dispurse and myself and my partner shall start taking our friends down the street to West Five. They still only cateer to the adult crowd and greed has not set hold of them. Talaricos is always packed with a great crowd and even better great food, drinks and bartenders. I hope the kids rumor is just that... a rumor, or I will have to day that all good things must come to a end.

I've been to Talarico's dozens of times and always experienced good service. The pizza is delicious and they poor a solid drink. The crowd is mixed with different ages and races, which makes for a great atmosphere. Their sports coverage is awesome.

Really good pizza. maybe some more menu options? Went to go dancing and was told by the DJ they don't play any 'urban' music. I wasn't asking for Too Short. Come on???
Pros: pizza & the kareokee is fun
Cons: D.J. music

Wish this place was still the old Chinese restaurant. As far as restraurants go, the menu is very limited and every time I've been there (which is more than 1/2 dozen times), they are sold out several items. Not an imaginitve or expansive drink list either. I'd opt for Paggliacci's any day over the Talaricos pizza. This would all be forgiveable if the service wasn't terrible. Yikes. Worst experienced in all of West Seattle-- slow, not trained or educated on food or beverage, and with an attitidue. I'd rather spend my money somewhere with a smile.
Pros: Good location with some off street parking nearby
Cons: Horrible service, bad menu selection, overpriced

The only time that I'm ever in West Seattle is for business. So I'm there during the week and I can't say that I stay out past 8:30 to 9:00 pm. But one place I love in this town is Talaricos. I'm no expert on New York pizza but as far as pizza joints in the Northwest go, this place is terrific. Great place to grab a beer and enjoy a slice. There are many reports of this place having bad service but that has not been the case for me. Each time I've been there the service has been excellent. However, the thing that I always look for in a new place is the atmosphere. And this place's atmosphere fits it's style very well. Keep it up Talaricos!
Pros: Good food, Great atmosphere
Cons: Parking is a drag

Ok. I don't know about these other ppl that have been giving bad reviews. but i've been going to Talarico's for almost a yr now. I go just about every weekend with my friends and we always have a great time. We always have great service no matter whos section we sit in...Although we have our prefered section we sometimes get a different server. Even if we sit at the bar our experience is awesome. I would recomend it to anyone. I've even had my birthday there....and they treated me awesome...our server even sang me a birthday song. The food is awesome, the drinks are great!
Pros: Great Service awesome food
Cons: parking

I was so happy this past weekend. I tried to call to share my joy with the management but nobody answered the phone. The hostess sat us at the bar friday night. The bartender informed us about the specials and we tried the polenta. It was fantastic. She had mentioned that you guys were going to have specials every weekend. I'm looking forward to see whats next.
Pros: fast and friendly service
Cons: parking

I came in last night for triva with some friends and had a great time!! The pizza was fabulous, as usual. And I'm surprised to see some of the other bad reviews. Our server was delightful, and funny. We'll be back next week. Keep up the good work. Kudos to the kitchen staff as well. We know you're working hard back there.

This was not my first time at Talaricos, and it won't be my last, but my last experience left much to be desired. My wife and I had friends in from the east coast and we wanted to take them to our favorite pizza place. Unfortunately, we were just sat in the wrong section. First off, our waitress' cellphone went off while she was taking our order. And after someone else had brought us our food and brought us more water our waitress was no where to be found. While waiting for her to return so we could order more drinks and possibly desert, our empty plates sat infront of us for about 15 minutes. We ended up going to the bar for more drinks and still, she was nowhere in sight. She reappeared a few minutes later to clear our plates and then just dropped our check down infront of us. The next waitress that walked by, I had asked her to send over the manager. Much to our surprise, a few moments later our waitress appeared infront of our table to ask if there was anything she could help with. I was so embarrassed for her that I just handed her the check and said, "no." I will return to Talaricos, because the food is that good. But I will be careful NEVER to sit in her section again.

We frequent Talarico's and think that everything, down to their huge East-Coast style pizzas, to their nightly entertainment like trivia on Wednesdays, live music on Thursdays (Johnny Smokes was AWESOME!) to their wonderful and consistent service is worth raving-for! Where in Seattle can you get slices of that magnitude and flavor for $3?!! Happy Hour Rules! My husband and I like to visit Saturdays for lunch... much more of a relaxed environment, a different menu to choose from including huge sandwiches, and the bartender that's always there is oh-so-friendly; service always with a smile! Sad to see such bad reviews on service, we hope you'll give them a try!! Keep up the good work!!
Pros: good service, great atmosphere, good food
Cons: not open for lunch everyday!, no kids, night-club atmosphere on friday and saturday
