We were extremely pleased with the staff and facility of Hillrose Pet Resort. It was the first time we had to leave our little chihuahua, Lulu, and we left her there with confidence. Of course, she got to stay in the office and spent a lot of her time there cuddled up on the staff's lap! I really can't comment on the outdoors areas or the kennel areas. What we saw was very nice & clean. The staff was very friendly.
Pros: Friendly staff, nice facility, fair prices
Cons: wish they opened up much earlier so we can catch early flights.

Thank you for the posting on your experience with us.
Lulu was an extremely well behave guest which did not prevent us from carrying on our business while she was in the office.
We are looking at ways we can check in our regular customers early in the morning and hope this is a service we can afford to add.
