I've had such an incredible experience at Elite, not only the fitness part, but the connection with everybody there, I feel like they really care for me and my goals. I know that I could not have finished the Livestrong ride without the preparation they gave me. Anyone who wants to acheive a fitness goal - The Elite team is the right one to get them there. In fact, I am going to train for the 60 mile (3 day) breast cancer walk. The follow up after the gym sessions is a very big part of what they do - making it a way of life!
Pros: Very good overall experience - and a great atmosphere!
