I was very excited to try West Seattle Bikram Yoga. I found a fantastic deal on the internet, 10 classes for twenty dollars, very encouraging considering that yoga classes tend to be quite an investment. I am a Bikram yoga devotee, having praticed faithfully in the past, but I have not found a studio that I enjoy since moving back to Seattle. Upon my arival at the West Seattle establishment I was told by the man at the counter that this offer applied to West Seattle residents only. When asked why he responded that the studio was concerned that people would take advantage of the offer then continue their pratice in a more convinient location. I explained to him that I was simply looking for a studio that I enjoyed both the facilities and the instructors. I told him I was willing to go the extra distance for a good yoga experience. His response to me was that Bikram yoga was the same everywhere. In essence I felt turned away from the studio. He could not even inform me about any other beginner packages that they had. Bad Customer service West Seattle Bikram Yoga!
