Heather, Thank you for getting us up & running quickly. Today we attended the vendor day for the Northwest Baseball Umpires Association (NBUA) and were very successful. Over 90% of our transactions were by "plastic" and we were very surprised. We did not have internet or telephone access so the transactions have to be run through manually tonight but if we weren't able to accept credit/debit card s we would have lost most of our sales ( there was a direct competitor there). You made it easy for us to get set up and convenient that we can call you directly if we have any questions. You were referred to us by our friends and I will gladly refer you on as well to my friends. Regards, Mike M

Best Rates and Service - we called around and Spectrum was the only one with a physical office in Tacoma. Our sales representative was local, friendly and visited us at our restaurant and showed us the different options. They really know what they are doing and we couldn't be happier.

Just wanted to give Kudos to Spectrum Merchant Services in Tacoma. They helped our business save over $6,000 annually in credit card processing fees. Provided us w/ honest, knowledgable service, visited us onsite to download and all of our questions. Whenever I call, they are always so friendly and upbeat. Seemed like they knew this business better than anyone else in the area as we shopped around for 2 weeks. Most wanted to charge an application fee...They offer gift, loyalty cards and check protection which was really a lot of fun to implement. The gift card program has increased our business over the past couple of months and customers seem to really like it. Thanks for all of your help Spectrum!
