I see Katie on a weekly basis, and let me tell you that Pilates has changed my life. After of having a horrible experience with another Pilates studio, I desperately in search for a studio that was dedicated to teaching the authentic Pilates that was intended my Joseph Pilates himself. Pilates has gained so much hype in the pass couple of years, that there is a ton of teachers that have limited training and sometimes they get accreditated in a weekend. Joseph Pilates had an exact way that he formulated to change your body; don't be fooled by the imitation. Feel free to research Pilates and you will find that Katie and every teacher in her studio have gone through rigorous training by one of the most respected schools in the world. Her prices are extremely reasonable, and she conditions your body while maintaining strict attention to safety. I really could go on, but I know that if you invest a small amount of time, you will realize that Pilates in the Village is the best on the North end.
