The food is really good! The all you can eat deal is great if you plan on filling up! Which i love to do! The service is pretty good, if there are a lot of people then it can be a wait. But it's entertaining to watch them make it! Best sushi I've ever had, yummmm.
Best service and sushi around

I go to the Sushi Ring at least once a week. The fish is always fresh and the service is great. Elvis the sushi chef alway livens up the place with his humor and wit. It is a good price for all you can eat. $23.95 for lunch. I usually eat 40 pieces of Nigiri which I certainly couldn't get for that price anywhere else. This place is an A++
- Pros: Excellent Value, Service and food!
- Cons: Closed Mondays and Tuesdays
The tuna is pink?
by NorthSoundFoodie at Citysearch
I don't mean pink as in kind of a reddish-pink that meat is often described as. I mean decisively hot pink (has to be dye). It just doesn't look right. It tastes okay, but it makes me nervous.
The rolls weren't as good as Sushi Zen's (which is just a block or two away). I trust Sushi Zen more, and they don't try to hide their fish by covering it with dye.
Won't return as it's not fun to be nervous about what you're trying to eat.
All you can eat adventure like no other...

We had heard so many things about this little place in Silver Lake that we decided to give it a shot. Since there are so many decent places in the Seattle area for Sushi, this place has to be pretty amazing for me to go again. It is.
First off, it's 24.95 for all you can eat sushi. Usually when you go to an all you can eat joint, they don't make the sushi like the would the ala-carte and it usually takes forever to get the refills once you are 3 or 4 in. Not this place--we sat at the long and beautiful sushi bar and literally from the time we sat down until we left, they were giving us more and more, faster than we could eat it at a few points. The ambiance here is amazing--the master Chef, Elvis, is the coolest man to ever come out of Japan. He was carrying on with everyone is the place, making it such a fun experience, not like anywhere in this country I have ever been. I literally tested the boundries of this place, eating almost everything Nigiri on the menu, while my friends went directly for the rolls. which were amazing.
The quality of the fish itself is medium to high--but much better than any all you can eat place you will find anywhere else, especially in Seattle. The sushi chefs are very, very good at what they do, so make friends with them and try to get a place setting next to Elvis-- you'll know him instantly when you see him.
All in all, this is a fantastic place to go and eat, both for the sushi and ambience-- which is something I never find myself saying in Seattle.
- Pros: All you can eat sushi, great service, terrific ambience,
- Cons: long wait (but its worth it)
