Not good for weddings

Do not plan on using Trophy Cupcakes for your weddings-- it is virtually impossible to get ahold of the coordinator, to plan your wedding or other event. I was very frustrated and disappointed with Trophy, and I won't be doing business with them again.
Pros: Cupcakes are good no matter what
Cons: Not helpful service

Hi there, I am so sorry that you had a hard time getting ahold of the weddings department. We have just added more staff to that department so that inquiries like yours do not fall through the cracks. We get about 50 e-mails per day of brides wanting to set up tastings so it is definitley challenging to fit everyone in sometimes. I apologize that we did not come through for you and congratulations on your upcoming wedding. Jennifer
