This place isnt kidding when they say they are the "home of the brazilian." I have gone to neumerous other spas for my waxing services, and this was the best experience i've ever had. My esthetician was Sarah, and her technique was on point- nearly painless. Not only that, but she was SO nice, professional, and quick! I would recommend her to any of my girlfriends. A+!
Pros: great technique, very clean, professional, personable, accomodating, nearly painless, well priced
Cons: the atmosphere in the spa could've been a little "cozier", but other than that everything was perfect

I recently started going to Wax On in Kirkland and was very happy with the facilities (clean & neat), staff (friendly and professional), and quality of the services. On top of that, it's close to my home and work, so it's very convenient. However, something has changed. I've been attempting to make an appointment for a week, and each time I call, I only get the answering machine. I've been calling during their normal business hours and varied the time of my calls. I realize that they "run lean" at this store, so someone is not always available to pick up the phone, but there's no excuse for not returning the messages. I'm going to have to make an appointment elsewhere this time, because I'm getting desparate. I may still go back to Wax On and try again, but if it is this hard to get an appointment again - I'm done.
Pros: Great Services, Convenient Location
Cons: Too hard to get an appointment, don't return calls

I had a great Wax and would suggest Wax On Spa to anyone looking to get in, get out, and get smooth. The staff was nice and friendly, and made it as relaxing as a bikini wax could be.

I had my first Brazilian wax at WaxOn in Capitol Hill and thought the little salon was just good. Then I decided to shop around and went to InSpa for a Brazilian. Needless to say, I went back to WaxOn but this time to Kirkland. It's a bit unfamiliar to me to walk into a service business and not be greeted by a receptionist. Someone just calls out to you to say "I'll be right there." The salon itself is clean and cute but it's by no means a spa-like environment. The aestheticians (is that what they're called?) are friendly and aware of how painful you're feeling so they'll try to make you feel comfortable throughout the process. If you want to stay local on the Eastside, then WaxOn is a great place to get a Brazilian wax.

I absolutely love Wax On! I've been going to the one in Belltown for the last few years but then they opened one up in Kirkland and it's awesome. The staff makes you feel very comfortable and they are very professional. I've had other bikini waxes done at Gene Juarez and I wasn't statisifed. At other spas you either have to get it all off or very little but wax on they can take off just what you want. I always feel comfortable and relaxed and have never had any problems with the wax or my skin afterwards. In you need a wax this is only place to go! (and my husband goes there for his back and if you got a hairy man send him there!)
Pros: Easy to find, great staff, excellent skill
Cons: parking
