Shakti Vinyasa yoga is awesome. Lisa and Peter and the Shakti instructors provide the best comprehensive yoga experience each class. Physicality, spirituality and physiology wrapped into sweet love. The studio is the most beautiful of all studios in the Northwest. Parking is free. The people are wonderful. An all around excellent experience.

If you are looking for a total body workout, Shakti East Vinyasa Yoga is the place to go! The classes are challenging, led by experienced instructors who teach their own unique style of vinyasa yoga. You will leave class with both a cleansed body and mind. Shakti's yoga studio temperature is warm and toasty but never too hot, allowing the body to become warm and flexible in preparation for asana. The atmosphere at Shakti East is a wonderful place to escape the everyday hectic pace that many of us live. Shakti offers classes for everyone, regardless of previous yoga experience. Since being part of Shakti's yoga community for almost two years, I can honestly say I have found my yoga "home" at Shakti East.
