we wanted our carpets cleaned before we moved into our new home, because the previous owner had 2 cats and a dog and the carpet looked pretty beat up. since we were new to the area and didn't have any references, we had no idea which company to go with. we decided to go with the only company who promised 100% satisfaction guarentee AND received the better business label. boy are we glad we did! they were friendly and very professional. they quoted us a price and kept to it- no hidden fees. you know what the best part was? they were able to remove a fairly large stain in one of the bedrooms. we originally planned to replace the carpet because the stain was so bad, but in the end we didn't have to. they were able to make it look good as new. to top it all off, they gave us a bottle of their stain remover to use when needed. i was completely satisfied and will definitely use them again.

I have rental's homes, from all the companies (i will not name them) that i have used in the past, these 2 men from 360 carpet cleaners that did the most PROFESSIONAL job i have ever had, they have a piece of equipment called the Rotovac that is great, got all stains removed and dried very fast, they get my future business

These guys do a great job. I had my house on the market or 3 months with no luck. I had 360 come to my house and clen the carpets and 2 days later we started to get some bids. The carpet looked Great. They were on-time, Professional, and answered any questions i had along the way. They explained thier cleaning process to me in words I could understand. Price didnt change from the quote they gave me over the phone, a first for me. Thanks again 360.

I have never had a company give me such great service as 360 did, and my carpet looks the best it ever did after a professional cleaning. I could not believe the difference of the rotovac verses the wand cleaning.
Pros: explaining the carpet cleaning process to me & the exact quote i got on the phone.
