We've used Airpet Hotel several times since December 2007. Each time we do we're delighted by the care lavished on our sweet pointer by the owners and staff. She practically bolts from the car to get inside the building. She knows that she's going to get plenty of attention and social time. This is an active dog who needs extended exercise, beyond what most kennels provide. When we pick her up after a trip, she's happy and healthy. Lucky gives Airpet her highest rating: a four-paw play bow!!

Chuva has checked into Airpet Hotel a few times since August '07, for overnight, 3 days, and 1/2 day to get some play time in. She has been happy to see us when we pick her up, but also hesitates a bit when we leave, last week she actually wandered back. It's extremely comforting to know she is not so anxious to leave (but is still happy to see us). Thanks, Geoff and Chong!

We have left our dog here a couple of times - and he loves it! He is always well exercised and socialized. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The location couldn't be more convenient - right next to the airport. You can also leave your car at the location. They allow you to pick up or drop your dog 24/7 (no more additional night charges because your flight arrives late, or on a Sunday). There is nothing better than seeing your happy pet after a long flight! I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs to board their pet,

Pros: Parking available, dogs can socialize, helpful staff and open 24/7.

I've left my dog here a couple of times - I think he likes the pet hotel more than living with me! He's always well exercised and socialized when he stays there and they are very accommodating with his medicine. You can't beat the convenience right next to the airport. I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs a pet hotel and is taking a flight.

I tried out the Airpet Hotel over the Christmas holiday. It's reasonably priced, conveniently located near the airport, and very flexible. My flight was slightly delayed and I wasn't able to pick up my dog until around 12:30am. He was ready when I arrived. I was so happy that I could pick him up when I arrived and that he could enjoy a good night's sleep in his own "bed." Overall, I was pleased with the service provided and I plan to use Airpet Hotel again in the future.

Our Aussie stayed here for 10 days recently because her grandma was in a car accident and couldn't take care of her this time. Plus, she had a bladder infection (we had to provide a statement from the vet that she wasn't contagious) and required meds twice a day. Two days later we called and she wasn't getting better. After calling the vet, they wanted to see her. Geoff at AirPet had her over there within hours and brought her back and kept us informed. It saved us from ending our vacation early and eased our minds as we realized that she was in such good hands. The dogs get an amazing amount of freedom to walk around within the large building following the owners around for much of the day. (This isn't a doggie prison!) All looked happy and well-cared for. It's just minutes from SeaTac Airport and you can drop off/pickup by appointment early and late. We had an early flight out and were able to drop her off at 6am; we got back at 10pm and picked her up at 11pm. She was in good shape and happy. We will not hesitate to use AirPet Hotel again. Co-owners Geoff and Chong were very nice and pleasant to deal with. Great job guys! We highly recommend the AirPet Hotel.

The Airpet Hotel is a great service and a great location: very friendly staff with 24/7 service and very conveniently located near the airport. Our dog Bella came home a happy camper!

I used Airpet Hotel when I was visiting a friend in Portland. I'm so glad that they are here in the Seattle area. It was great that I could drop Sassy off at PDX when my friend and I flew to Las Vegas. They allowed me to tour their kennel before I made my final reservation. I could even choose an available room for Sassy. She could even play with other dogs while she was there. One of their staff, Lisa, made me feel welcomed each time I called. Whoever answered the phone did not make me feel that I was being a bother when I wanted to check on how Sassy was doing. Best of all, upon my return from Vegas, it did not matter what time my flight got in. I called ahead and they had Sassy ready for me, even though it was Sunday and late in the evening. I highly recommend Airpet Hotel! You can be sure that I will be using them whenever Sassy needs a place to stay.

Pros: 24/7 for drop-off and pick-up, daycare provided for boarding dogs, cheerful environment!
