high tech & high price

Dr. Fligor knows his stuff. And his office is beautiful, featuring the latest in technology. His staff is very friendly and welcoming, however not always forthcoming.

A few things to note:

- They are NOT Regence Preferred Providers. I asked at the front desk and was told they were - I didn't figure out the misunderstanding until I received a $350 bill in the mail - for one teeth cleaning and a set of xrays.

- Dr. Fligor treats aggressively. One side of the argument is that he has advanced technology that allows him to diagnose early. The other side of the argument is that he can treat things that don't need treated. He told me I had three cavities... all needing fillings. Six months later I went to a new dentist (Keystone Dental... FABULOUS) for another cleaning, and said, "it would be a crime to cut into these teeth." Granted, I would imagine she's much more conservative towards treatment than Dr. Fligor.

In sum, Dr. Fligor is a talented dentist who offers great care. If you are someone who appreciates a more affordable and less aggressive approach to dentistry, go to someone else.

21st Century Dental Work

I had to have multiple crowns redone and a couple fillings replaced and it was dentistry like I had never had before! Dr Fligor is up on the latest in technique, with a great staff and office to match. Easy parking too!

Highly recommended!

100% best "Dentist experience"

Since I hate having to find new dentists - I was really frustrated that my "old" one retired on me - but I found Dr. Fligor : much better than than my previous one(s), and, luckily, young enough to (hopefully) get me through my "teeth needs". The office-staff, hygienist, etc. all very helpful and professional, and the dental work (crown) - so far - great!

I can only recommend Dr. Fligor + Team.

clean, comfortable but expensive

I recently went into new32 for a cleaning, since it was about that time. Among the normal routine are digital color pictures, which on the new patient info page states is for monitering the tissue in the mouth, like for cancer screening. However, upon receiving the summary of charges for the initial visit, this service is not free, and is not covered by most dental plans, as told to me by one of the staff. It's not too spendy ($13), but going in and expecting 100% coverage for the cleaning and having to pay was a little startling, considering that I was not even shown these images. After discussing it with the staff, this charge was waived, though this service should be made optional. I learned that I had four cavities that needed to be filled, and received an estimate for the total. I learned later, after performing the fillings, that the estimate overestimated the amount covered by my insurance, since they hadn't checked for the true total before offering me the price, so I owed $125 additionally. As for the service, it's excellent. A little gentler than a previous dentist, and a much nicer atmosphere. Very calming neutral colors, flat screen tvs, and comfy chairs make it a less traumatic experience. The staff are very nice and knowledgable, as is Dr. Fligor, though it would be nice if the billing was more straightforward, and based on figures from the insurance policy, and not guesstimation.

Best Dental Experience!

My experience at Dr. Fligor's office was as good as it gets. I was so impressed. As a young person, on my own insurance for the first time, finding good dentists and doctors has been tough, but Dr. Fligor made this decision so easy for me. I came in with my jaw out of whack due to the work another dentist had done. Dr. Fligor worked diligently to fix my bite, one tiny adjustment at a time, until my bite was back to normal. He had incredible patience and expertise. I never felt rushed or as if I was asking too much. Most importantly, he listened to me and made adjustments accordingly, which made me feel respected and valued. On the way out the door when I felt that something still wasn't quite right in my jaw, he didn't hesitate to bring me back to the chair to get my bite perfect before I left. Also, Dr. Fligor's office staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. I was so pleased with my visit there, and I highly recommend new32.

Great service!

Very professional staff. Dr. Fligor spent a lot of time explaining this issues with my teeth and explained all routes of treatment starting with conservative treatment all the way to aggressive modes of treatment. I appreciate his time and expertise. The hygenist was nice and makes sure your comfortable during the cleaning. I really appreciate the the color photos (being I am a visual learner) and especially appreciate the care and time the dental team spent with me.

Very professional office

This office is not only very efficient and courteous, but Dr F has the latest technology, practices and professionalism that you won't want to go elsewhere. Upon my arrival for cleaning my entire mouth was inspected with pictures not just Xrays, this was a first ever. During this visit it was brought to my attention that I needed to see a specialist about some abnormal spots in my lower throat. Again, no one brought this to my attention - no alarm other than I recommend you just get it checked. No issue just remanents of tonsil removal, 35 years ago... but no one mentioned this previously and was a great precaution. Office is very modern and nice with plently of room. Clearly felt very comfortable with the environment and Dr. Loved the parking aspect, very nice benefit along with late hours when you are a working professional.

best dental experience

I love New 32 and Dr. Fligor-great atmoshphere and superb dentist. I am one of those people who dread going to the dentist so much that I actually put off going for the past 2 1/2 years (I know pretty gross), but have to say I am officially a changed gal. I was referred to Dr. Fligor by a friend of mine in my moms group who raved about her new dentist. She originally told me about New 32 kids days (her kids love going) and then raved about her own experience with Dr. Fligor. Well, I owe her a big thanks because now I don't even think twice about going to the dentist, even if it is having a cavity filled. Honestly, I had to have some major work done after my hiatis from my previous sub par dentist and it was a painfree and a good experience. I watched Bravo on their cool flat screen tvs and Dr. Fligor and his assistant went to work. Dr. Fligor was so gentle and is a really great guy. I have recommended all my friends and they all love New 32 as well. I just love how New 32 is such a breath of fresh air-from the traditional smelly and dated dentists and dental offices. They definitely get 5 stars in my book-great staff, cool decor, and most importantly excellent dentist. I am going back to get the Zoom before my best friends wedding and can't wait to have super sparkling white teeth.

Best Dental Care

New 32 is the most modern and well planned out dentist office you will ever see. You feel totally comfortable there. The staff is awesome, addressing all of your needs and making sure that you are comfortable. I felt like I had cracked a crown in my mouth. New 32 took me in right away. Jason inspected and I had a cracked crown. We set up another appointment in just two days and while I am sitting in the dental chair, Jason has this very cool machine that made a brand new crown for me in about an hour or less. The crown was made and put in all during this one appointment time. No temporary, no second or third visits. Done right there in about a total of two hours for the appointment. I was impressed to say the least! Best of all, no pain.I have had a lot of dental work over the years and I can tell you that the best personal service and care comes from Fligor!!! Jason gave me followup calls to make sure I was okay. I am a buddy of Fligor for life! If you want a pleasant, professional, dental experience, YOU NEED TO GO TO NEW 32. In my family, we now have five (5) of us who go to New 32. Try it, you'll LOVE IT! You might also like to know that I needed to go to another doctor (oral surgen) for a different problem. I told this other doctor about my great experience of getting a crown made and installed all in the same day with the same appointment and the dentist made my crown while I was in his chair. This doctor looked at the crown and he said, "excellent crown. It fits perfect and looks great". When other doctors compliment Fligor's work for no apparent reason, he must be good!
