Beware of upselling!

I purchased a Living Social coupon, and instead of cleaning my teeth like they said, they tried to up-sell their services. I finally received a polishing from the hygienist, but was really disappointed at their dishonest tactics. Before I found out they would either do the gum therapy cleaning or nothing at all, even though I'd paid for a cleaning through the coupon, I was considering going back for more thorough services. Their loss. I will find a more honest dentist even if it costs the same.

New 32 dental- Highly recommend!

I got a groupon to come here for a cleaning, xrays and exam. Unfortunately traffic was awful and I was very late for my appointment. The receptionist was friendly about it, and they still were able to accommodate me. The tech was fast and really nice. You can wear headphones and watch tv. I HATE getting my teeth cleaned, but she was fast and gentle. The Doctor was informative and didn't try to push a bunch of procedures that I didn't need. At the end they explained my options and didn't pressure me. It is a beautiful office, super easy to get to. As someone that totally hates going to the dentist this is probably the best dental experience I have had, and their prices are really reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Punished by letting them move my schedule time to 1hr later

I have never experienced scheduling an appt a month ago, then they called if I could move it to 1 hour later. I said not a problem, and she said thank you so much. When I took my daughter there, she told me that I chose to cancel it. It is ridiculous and waste of my time. She even used the word "miscommunicated'. LOL!!! I think they have a more value customer and kick me out of the schedule. Sorry I won't recommend anybody to go there. You never know when they delete you from their schedule.

A totally NEW dental experience. Fun? Fearless? YES!

New 32 is the most high-tech dental office I've seen with digital x-rays, a new more-effective kind of fluoride treatment, and high-tech teeth polishers...they got my chompers sparkling white again!

Dr. Filgor and his staff really put my (huge!) dental anxiety at ease with their mad skills and high-tech gadgetry when I had to have an old filling replaced, too. Not only do they have the latest in quiet-drill technology, but they also offer a giant personal TV on a movable arm, so I could pay more attention to the Real Housewives of Orange County than the dental procedure. I called several dentists to compare prices before selecting New 32, and I found their prices to be very comparable to others in the area, but I would pay a premium for their quality of service. Luckily you don't have to!

Free parking under the building was a breeze, too, even in my giganto Tahoe. My kids are going back for one of their special "kids days" where they have special prizes, costumes, games, balloons, etc. Will update on that in April!

high tech & high price

Dr. Fligor knows his stuff. And his office is beautiful, featuring the latest in technology. His staff is very friendly and welcoming, however not always forthcoming.

A few things to note:

- They are NOT Regence Preferred Providers. I asked at the front desk and was told they were - I didn't figure out the misunderstanding until I received a $350 bill in the mail - for one teeth cleaning and a set of xrays.

- Dr. Fligor treats aggressively. One side of the argument is that he has advanced technology that allows him to diagnose early. The other side of the argument is that he can treat things that don't need treated. He told me I had three cavities... all needing fillings. Six months later I went to a new dentist (Keystone Dental... FABULOUS) for another cleaning, and said, "it would be a crime to cut into these teeth." Granted, I would imagine she's much more conservative towards treatment than Dr. Fligor.

In sum, Dr. Fligor is a talented dentist who offers great care. If you are someone who appreciates a more affordable and less aggressive approach to dentistry, go to someone else.

21st Century Dental Work

I had to have multiple crowns redone and a couple fillings replaced and it was dentistry like I had never had before! Dr Fligor is up on the latest in technique, with a great staff and office to match. Easy parking too!

Highly recommended!

100% best "Dentist experience"

Since I hate having to find new dentists - I was really frustrated that my "old" one retired on me - but I found Dr. Fligor : much better than than my previous one(s), and, luckily, young enough to (hopefully) get me through my "teeth needs". The office-staff, hygienist, etc. all very helpful and professional, and the dental work (crown) - so far - great!

I can only recommend Dr. Fligor + Team.

clean, comfortable but expensive

I recently went into new32 for a cleaning, since it was about that time. Among the normal routine are digital color pictures, which on the new patient info page states is for monitering the tissue in the mouth, like for cancer screening. However, upon receiving the summary of charges for the initial visit, this service is not free, and is not covered by most dental plans, as told to me by one of the staff. It's not too spendy ($13), but going in and expecting 100% coverage for the cleaning and having to pay was a little startling, considering that I was not even shown these images. After discussing it with the staff, this charge was waived, though this service should be made optional. I learned that I had four cavities that needed to be filled, and received an estimate for the total. I learned later, after performing the fillings, that the estimate overestimated the amount covered by my insurance, since they hadn't checked for the true total before offering me the price, so I owed $125 additionally. As for the service, it's excellent. A little gentler than a previous dentist, and a much nicer atmosphere. Very calming neutral colors, flat screen tvs, and comfy chairs make it a less traumatic experience. The staff are very nice and knowledgable, as is Dr. Fligor, though it would be nice if the billing was more straightforward, and based on figures from the insurance policy, and not guesstimation.

Best Dental Experience!

My experience at Dr. Fligor's office was as good as it gets. I was so impressed. As a young person, on my own insurance for the first time, finding good dentists and doctors has been tough, but Dr. Fligor made this decision so easy for me. I came in with my jaw out of whack due to the work another dentist had done. Dr. Fligor worked diligently to fix my bite, one tiny adjustment at a time, until my bite was back to normal. He had incredible patience and expertise. I never felt rushed or as if I was asking too much. Most importantly, he listened to me and made adjustments accordingly, which made me feel respected and valued. On the way out the door when I felt that something still wasn't quite right in my jaw, he didn't hesitate to bring me back to the chair to get my bite perfect before I left. Also, Dr. Fligor's office staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. I was so pleased with my visit there, and I highly recommend new32.
