Stay away!!!

We booked angel limo for an event but after reading the horrible reviews we decided to go with a better company. When we requested a refund, in the contract it says you can get a refund before 14 days before the event and it was before 14 days, the owner told us to goto hell and we couldn't have our money back. When i threatened to go to court he said he was sending Russians to my house to kil! me! Seriously! Stay away!

• Pros: Friendy Russian mobsters!
• Cons: Refund = Death

Not Even a Legal Company

These guys haven't even had their vehicles inspected for safety by the State. They're not even supposed to be on the road. Another company showed me the little white sticker that the Washington State Patrol gives you after inspecting the vehicle. None of the Angel cars I went and looked at had them. Not ONE! They don't even bother to spend $25 to be legal. I'm willing to bet they don't have insurance either.

• Pros: None. Read their google reviews. They rip people off.
• Cons: Never registered their limos or business with State

Funny story but ultimately, bad service

Just the facts- I booked with Angel Limo. My fiancee found the reviews on CitySearch, didn't have a great feeling, wanted everything to go well on the wedding day and made other plans. I cancelled with Angel Limo 3+ weeks before the wedding. Funny part -- Angel Limo ignored the cancellation and we ended up with two identical limos in front of the church on the big day (better than none, I guess). So, first, I spent 5 minutes on the phone with the owner _on my wedding day_ reminding him that I had cancelled nearly a month earlier. Next I had to call back after the honeymoon when I didn't see a reversal of the charge or a refund on my credit card. The owner said he would take care of it. A week later I called again...same story. I finally resorted to disputing the charge through my credit card company.

• Pros: The stretch Chrysler 300 looked great.
• Cons: Customer service is abominable including immediate credit card charge and un-willingness to resolve the dispute.

Unreliable.

We asked for a 300M Limo to arrive at our house at 4:00pm from Angel Limo. Instead we got 2 towncars from Seattle Metropolitan town cars at 4:45pm.

Unacceptable service. Use with caution.

• Pros: The cars look nice from the website. Wish we had one. :(

Don't use this service, they ripped me off

Whatever you do, don't use Angel limo service.

We had a beautiful wedding, and once the ceremony was over we walked outside to find... our Angel limo had left!!! Not a word to me, but one of the girls in the bridal party said that the driver had mentioned an alternator problem or something and just took off.

So I called Angel limo. I was told there'd be a limo there in 10 minutes. Never showed. I called back. I was told that in an hour, one would certainly be there. Never showed. Then I was told (after my bride and I and all our guests had stood in the rain for more than an hour) that it would he hours before another limo would make it to my wedding. I really felt sorry for the guy that had to deal with my wife.

The owner eventually agreed to our demands of our money back and free service another night. This all happened on a Friday night. On the following Monday, he charged my card. He told me that he would refund the money that day. On Thursday , the money still hadn't been refunded. I called the bank first to see if Angel Limo had presented a refund, which they hadn't. So I called the limo service back.

First, he wouldn't take my calls. The phone would ring and ring until the voicemail picked up. So I borrowed a friends phone, and Whala!! I got an answer. The owner claimed the charge had been presented and that my bank was lying.

I have called this man repeatedly since then. I have left messages that say, "I understand mistakes can be made. If you meant to refund the money but it didn't go through, I can understand that. Let's work out another refund option. I don't want to go to court over this. If you call me, we can work this out." Then I leave my name and number twice.

I've made that call around 15 times.

Now I've moved on to complaints with the Attorney General and a business bureau.

Don't use this service. He ripped me off for $500 which I kind of doubt that I'll ever see again.

We were extremely pleased with with this company's service as well as with our driver. We were upgraded at no cost due to a shortage and the SUV stretch was great. Our driver kept in touch, was always close by and took care of all our needs for a wonderful night on the town. We would definitely use them again.

Excellent vehicles

Angel Limo stuff & vehicles are great and their service goes above and beyond any other. Their drivers and dispatchers are very nice and friendly and they are available 24 hrs a day. I highly recommend Angel Limo above any limo service in Seattle.

Great customer service,the best limo -Hummer !!!

We rent a streched hummer in Sep. 2007 for our wedding in Seattle. The first contact with the company was a 3 months ago by mail. Everything works so fantastic. Me, my husband and all others had so much fun. The driver was very friendly and does a very good job. This company made the best day of our live perfect. We can only say...1000 x THANK YOU!!! If we ever need a limo in Seattle, your company is the number one in our choice!

Very friendly service.

It was my first time in a limo last saturday on homecoming night. Our group of 22 people got a limo from ANGEL LIMO. I had such a good time, and our driver was so friendly and easy to get along with. Next time I go in a limo, it will only be with ANGEL LIMO. The price was also reasonable and we got incrediable service for our money. I highly recommend this limo service.

A perfect evening thanks to Angel Limo

The limo was so beautiful, I have never seen anything like it - It felt like I was riding around in a movie... Not just a movie but an A movie. The chauffer was awesome - the best - right down to the way he was dressed. ( I know that rhymed but its true). Very classy limo and chauffer . I want to share this with people because they exceeded my expectations in the best way. You can't go wrong with these guys! Thanks for making my night so so perfect!
